This is a tougher one to write a comment for but it gets a name here, "The Peeling Bird House of Bad Vibes". There's not much for me to say about it other than I don't care much for it because of apparently obvious mixed decor themes and confusing floor plans. I will guess that's an apartment on the 1st floor. Thanks for the tour Greg! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠 🇺🇸 Notes: 18:56 Very "public" looking, like somthing you'd see in an airport terminal. 22:33 Ugly railing, pompous in style and matches nothing else about the house imo. 28:13 Is a nice period correct light fixture if proper bulbs are used
I think you might be right John that may have been an apartment. I like the name you came up with for it!! And those mixed decor houses need to not exist so you can enjoy them!! Thanks as always man I appreciate you
This home has so much potential to be renewed. Crazy paint peel and that basement and pool with the still water was something else. Awesome explore my friend 😍 🤗
Several nice features in this house. The fireplace and all of the cool lights, especially the chandelier over the stairs. The kitchen in the main part was nice, love the cabinets. The metal ceilings in two of the rooms was awesome! Great explore Greg!!
Hey Jamie! Thanks for being there as always,it's always great to have you. That metal ceiling was really interesting eh?? The kitchen was newer than the rest of the house but still pretty dated at this point, but it was pretty wild I enjoyed it. That chandelier was one of a kind. Thanks for being part of this man I really appreciate you
Another great explore! The pain peel was some of the biggest I've seen and the flooding in the basement was incredibly gross. Lol As always thanks for bringing us along and I can't wait yo see you all again next week. 👍
Hey Grouchyfish!! thanks for being there with us, it's always great when you can make it! The paint peel here was absolutely nuts indeed, and that basement was really bad.. NOT the worst I've seen however lol.. Thanks for being part of this thing!
Uncapped!! Great explore with great contenders, as always 😉 I love those split levels! The area behind the home where the pool was at was sweet, would've been great for entertaining! Would've loved to have seen that basement if it weren't flooded. You rock out the best videos! Keep em coming 🤘🦅
Hey SMIPA!! It was an enjoyable premiere experience for sure, the best group to watch videos with! It was a great home, I'm glad you enjoyed it.. That would be such a great party/entertaining house.. Remote, nobody to complain. I'm curious about how the basement could have been too.. Maybe another time it wont be flooded.. shrug.. We will see. THANK YOU for being part of this and the kind words!!
Hey skeena! Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment. I hope you enjoyed the video. And you're right it is side split I'm not sure why I called it a back split. Thank you for pointing that out
I've never have heard a good explanation for a low bathtub style spout in a shower if that's what you're talking about, I've seen it before in other explores and it really bothers me. Since no one will tell me, I like to think it's for filling short buckets.
Hey blue rose! Thanks for the compliment, I think it's helpful to show people the orientation of the house so I'm glad that you noticed. How could I have missed a room that's crazy!! I will have to go back just for you. Thank you so much for checking this one out it's always nice to hear from you!!
I think that's why we don't have basements here in the UK, they do seen to be very problematic. we only have ground floor and first floor, but houses here are smaller, good to see the US houses, my house was built in 1965 and yes it had parky flooring. that's a weird house, seems to have a lot of add-ons. nice vid, look forward to the next one.👍.
Hey Matt e mulsion! Thank you so much for checking this one out, I guess they're a little bit smarter over there in the UK because we have this flooding problem everywhere here hahaha. But yeah that makes sense. Definitely a weird house with a weird flow, I think it may have been drastically changed from when it was originally built. Thank you so much for checking this one out really appreciate hearing from you as always!;
The mystery of the single chair left behind, always fascinating. Another fantastic house and property, the basement area looks terrible due to the flooding. Shame about the beautiful house, it would have so much potential to renovate.
Hey Andrea! Thank you so much for checking this one out it's awesome to hear from you again. A little mystery makes for a great video right?!? It's always a shame when a place is lost and it's flooded like this. There was tons of potential still. Thank you again and I hope you're doing well!
Thank you Greg for a great video! I really liked this house even all that decay. I think it's sad that will be demolished. Don't forget to say Hi to Katie from me. Have a great weekend. See you next week!
Hey Johnny's model cars!! Yeah it was a very cool house, the decay was crazy but was actually pretty cool to see. There's some beauty in that sometimes. I will say hello to Katie for you, she always appreciates it. Thanks for being part of this thing!!
The flooded moldy basement was a surprise! Yikes, that looked really bad. Kind of crazy how the mold hasn't made it to the other side of the that wall yet!
Hey Michelle! That basement was an absolutely disgusting surprise, I would imagine it won't take long for the mold to start spreading throughout the house. Clearly the moisture has played a role in taking down the paint! Thank you so much for checking this one out it's great to hear from you again!!
Hey Carla! Always awesome to hear from you, I'm glad you saw this one and that you enjoyed it. It was definitely a cool adventure. Thank you as always!!
Wonder what was with having several living areas, did they have maybe 2 mother-in-laws living with them. Always cool explores, Greg! Keep Orange Crushing It.
That multi basement was disgusting, but it certainly explains the absolutely delicious. Awesome. Peeling paint. As usual, you did a great job, very articulate and professional. It’s a shame that this house will no longer be lived in. It was a beautiful home at one point and that pool was beautiful except way too close to the house.
Hey Kathi!!Yeah, it's a real shame. The paint peeling was absolutely insane, and the basement was pretty nasty. I appreciate you watching as always and the kind words!!
Bet it was lovely at one time no surprise that the basement was flooded with all the paint pealing off the walls sorry I missed the prem i wasn't at home looking forward to your next one honey have a wonderful weekend 😘
Hey Glenys! Yeah that water makes the paint peel no surprise right?! Definitely a cool place and I'm glad you saw it and enjoyed it. I was wondering where you where. I understand life gets in the way so hopefully you'll make it next week!!
This was a weird designed house. Strange floor plan, no real flow or order. Sort of all over the place and nothing really matched. Very strange. That basement! What a shame though. Did this house have no bath tub? Odd for that era. Thank you for taking us there, it was interesting.
Hey Suzanne! You know I didn't notice the bathtub now that you ask, but somebody did point out that I might have missed a room. Perhaps it was there. Definitely a strange house with no real flow, I wonder if it was massively changed when they seem to have split it into two. I guess we will never know. Thank you so much for checking it out I'm glad you enjoyed it!!
Someone else commented about the same. I'll guess it's for filling short buckets, the commenter said for washing dogs but they'd have to be short ones.
Hey Karen!! You absolutely missed it. When I did my walk around I went into half the house and you can see the rounded wall from there. When I went to the other half it's near the basement at the end. I'm glad you saw the video, it's always amazing to hear from you I hope you're doing well!!
Hello Ms sunshine! Nice to see you back in the comments. I guess you don't want to go for a swim is what you're saying. Thanks for checking this one out :)
Hey Donna!! I think the basement might be a place to go for a swim now lol. But perhaps you were right back in the day. Thank you for checking this one out I hope you enjoyed it!
No sir we still are very much a team. It's just been difficult to get together to film that's all. The days are shorter so film time is limited. I do have a video with her that I'm going to post soon and I'm hoping to get other content done soon. We are good.

That style of house is actually referred to as a sidesplit, due to the double floor section being attached at the side of the house.
Hey skeena! Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment. I hope you enjoyed the video. And you're right it is side split I'm not sure why I called it a back split. Thank you for pointing that out

It's the lead in the paint bro
Hey Charlotte! What do you mean by the lead in the paint?? Thank you for watching and commenting ...hopefully you let me know what you meant
Maybe it was wall paper.
Hey Donna! It certainly peeled like it was, but I'm pretty sure there wasn't any!
