More arches than corporate McDonald's or it could be called the calendar house (I counted 13). A nice house only in it's younger days with no updates likely due to the expense of eradicating all those arches. Demolition is past due imo. Thanks for the tour Greg! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠 Notes: 12:49 How'd you get out then in through the plywood? The magic of edit I bet. 15:44 Globes, I have two in my house. 15:58 I don't know what that would be for, I'd say storage but it sure has a fancy light fixture for that.
Hey John!! This place may have inspired Mcd's.. But seriously, nothing wrong with arches in my opinion. But yeah I'm sure back in the day this was a beauty! Thanks for being there as always, this is pinned!! And yes, I got through that plywood with magic!!
Very cool mansion. This place screams 1970s. All of the light fixtures in this place were cool and unique, especially the one that look like grapes. Never seen anything like that before. I also thought that one bathroom with the red tiles on the walls was pretty cool. Awesome fireplace !Amazing explore as always!
Hey Jamie! thanks for watching and being part of this thing, it totally screams 1970's doesn't it?? The grape lights were my fav thing in this house I think... The red bathroom was FIRE!! Thank you as always buddy!
Hey Carla!! I agree it was probably something special back in the day for sure... It still has a ton of charm and character too.. You're right!! thank you as always, I appreciate you!!

Cool Italian mansion! The bathrooms were fantastic time capsules with some cool retro tiles. I really liked those light fixtures made of glass grapes. Never seen ones like that before. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication you've put into all your videos! They're the highlight of my week! 👍
Hey Grouchyfish!! thanks for watching the premiere with us!! The bathrooms were super awesome, both were unique and stuck in time.. Those grape lights were my fav thing in the house I think... I appreciate the kind words, they keep me motivated.
Hey Robin! Thanks so much, I'm glad you saw this one and enjoyed it.. I really appreciate the compliment, I do my best for you guys!! see you in the next one
Great house once a marvelous place to live. This house was definately built as a 'entertaining' so many great features. What's with all those calendars?? Crazy Loved all those unique vintage light fixtures Thank Greg this one was a really great explore 😀😀😀
Hey Theresa! Thank you for checking out this video I'm really glad that you enjoyed it. Yeah you're right about that, the entire house was built for entertaining inside and out. It would have been cool to see the chandeliers lit up!! Thank you for watching and commenting as always
Fantastic mansion sad to see it's rotting away so soon considering it's only been 4 years since someone lived in it I love that stone fireplace wall and the arch windows and room dividers great explore honey looking forward to your next one have a fantastic evening and wonderful weekend 😘
Thank you Greg for another great video. I really love the chandelier in front hallway. That mansion must have been amazing when people lived there. The garden must have been beautiful. Say Hi to Katie and have a great weekend.
Hey Johnny's Model Cars!! thanks for checking this one out!! I appreciate it.. The front entry was great, that chandelier was pretty neat right?? I would have loved to see this place in it's prime... I will say Hi to Katie for you right now!
Uncapped!! What a great explore! Definately "The Calendar House" 🤣 A lot of cool rooms, I liked the Birthday Room with that fireplace and.... Those Grapelights... I would've loved to have seen them lit up, so cool! Too bad the basement was flooded, I was curious to see that room full of windows under the patio out back. I'm on an evening work schedule for now and sad to be missing the premieres, they're the highlight of my week, but it's only temporary. Keep up the amazing work! 🤘🦅
SMIPA! I like your nickname for the house!! It definitely was a cool place with a lot of cool rooms, would have been fun to live there in it's prime years for sure. .Those grape lights are awesome, my favorite thing in the house!! I wish we could have seen that room under the patio as well, but that is how it goes sadly! We miss you at the premieres so we look forward to having you back soon!!! thank you so much!
I would take it in all it's retroness, minus the flooding & mold. My parents had grapes like those, with a light in them, but they sat on a table, not hanging. Great explore.
Hey Tamara! Thanks for checking this one out, I'm glad you l iked it.. It's perfect minus the water and damage, I can agree with that!! those lights were my fav feature here .. Glad you saw this, thank you for writing!
What a gorgeous house and yard! Wow! So many unique, creative design elements. Thanks for the tour! I appreciate that you consistently focus on the important architectural elements, and keep the viewer oriented to the layout of the homes you explore. Very enjoyable!
Hey Gina! Thanks for saying that. I try to do things a little different without being too boring. I appreciate how things were done in the old days so I always tend to point out details in general now when I like them. It's nice to know somebody enjoys it! I really appreciate the kind words. Thank you.
Even if I had had a tour of this house when it was newly built, I would’ve said they had terrible taste. I thought the red tiles were horrible and the flower tiles tacky and the purple tub, etc. However, have said that, one of these days, all of those light fixtures, towel racks, etc. will be considered antiques and will be in high demand. Great job as always Greg. Thanks for putting in such hard work to make your channel. Very interesting.
Hey Kathi! You didn't like their taste eh?? I think it would have been neat to see this place when it was new though.. The red tiles would normally not be cool to me, but I did like them in this sense.. Vintage... Thanks for checking this out, I always appreciate hearing from you

Hey Karen!! I'm glad you saw it and enjoyed the house, I'm not sure if it's haunted, I didn't notice anything.. That fireplace room was pretty wild eh?? The whole house is wild really.. Thank you for checking this out, I really appreciate you!
Hey Una Tom, I wouldn't stop you if you wanted to try hahah.. Be interesting what goes on at these places haunted or not.. Thanks for watching and commenting, I hope you'll be back for more!
