    What you need:
    2 handfuls spinach - one of the most nutrient dense veggies
    Mango - packed with carotenoids to stimulate collagen, firm & brighten skin
    Pineapple - high in Vitamin C to help reproduction of collagen
    1 inch ginger - anti inflammatory
    Juice from 1/2 an orange - high in vitamin C
    Coconut water - great for hydration
    2/3 cup greek yogurt - high in protein & great for gut health
    I don't measure the mango and pineapple but
    I'd say its about a 1/2 cup
