I love the more monster approach you took with her and she gave some serious Mileena vibes from Mortal Kombat franchise, I would love if you can do a full on redesign video with the full body, lore, skins, gameplay/VFX someday in the future, thank you for giving the snake queen more love and appreciation like she deserves.
I think LeBlanc's look in Arcane is merely another persona of her's, there's probably a million copies of that design in noxus working as a guide or looming threat for people to fall within her plans. Regarding her relation to Mordekaiser however, I feel that she might be his daughter who grew through his ranks to corrupt it from the inside and bring him down, possibly for personal revenge, like maybe she was the result of a fling that Sahn-Uzal had but abandoned which caused LeBlanc to grow up on the streets alone and made her desire more power and control.
love this! cass and elise's current designs always felt low effort for me, and i really like what you did to them. the mask and the jewelry look amazing and add so much to their visuals.

It's interesting how Noxus really lives up to its lore in having diverse faces and people that come from it. I'm sure it was hard to figure out good ways to improve on what they already got running for them, but I think your Cass design was the best part of the video with how unique it is! Also, I'm curious if you think Mordekaiser looks better with his more European face from the LoR concept art or the more Mongolian Genghis Khan look from Wild Rift's conept art?

Can't wait to see my main getting a fresh new look, Darius deserves that since he was the one character that defined the whole Noxus aesthetics.
I love Noxus, but it is one of the most one dimensional regions in the entire game :( There are many interesting stories' characters tho, who are not champions or even cards in Legend of Runeterra. Hopefully "Noxian Arcane" will change that ^^

Elise is gorgeous! She’s looks like such an interesting character now, literally perfected how someone like her should look. She has a look of intrigue in her eye.
Its really cool how you take everything one step further to make it more interesting. Exploring their unique traits... Amazing!! I gotta admit that at first i did not enjoy Cassiopeia with the monster mouth, but damn, it was genius, covering it with a veil so she still keeps that elegant mysterious look, but as soon as she uncovers there's that monster. It gives her so much depth and makes her more interesting for sure. Nice work and keep it going!🩷!❤
@@cheepcheep4499 absolutely glorious, Katarina is a 12/10 they nailed her looks sooo good, Leblanc has a great recognizable face 10/10, Vladimir is a great design even though I’d prefere longer hair, but maybe the similarities between him and swain would be too pronounced. The only one where is was a bit unsure was Darius, i would have preferred if he had a broken nose or a more facial damage, a face more similar to the brutish rictus or vander, he looked a bit too groomed for my taste, but maybe I have to see him more in action. Elise ofc looked great but we didn’t get to see her face, still her design was awesome, fortiche always takes the damn cakeshop.
I loved all designs but as for Katarina - I feel like a sharp pointed nose would suit her better. A round nose is taking away the timeless sharp beauty and mischievousness she always exudes
I LOVE arcane’s bat vastaya, so that briar redesign makes a LOT of sense to me. In fact it looks kinda similar to my own void-touched bat vastaya character i designed for a runeterra DnD campaign ❤❤❤
this is one of the best approaches ive ever seen on cassiopeia!! I think chanaging the green to gold would be a better choice, still, its beyond awesome, you did an amazing job there mate.
Ight let's get detailed design review cuz your amazing work deserves it: 1. Super on board with adding a demonic effect to Annie when using her powers...personally I think you could go even harder and contort her face to vaguely be more ursine in the demon form 2. funny enough your Ambessa design looks younger as you praised her visible age lol 3. I think for Briar we could actually make her look like an adult when riot so insisted that she is one 4. cassiopia is fantastic. no nitpicks/ 5. I think elise could use an insane twist.like a mouth that splits into 4 mandibles, truly going into the whole horror vibe. 6. Kata could very much use more scars in my opinion 7. On board with the leblanc points 8. scars were a good idea on Rell. i think giving her piercings could also work 9. Riven could use the "aged by war" thematic i believe 10: I think Samira has a major point in specifically looking Middle-Eastern, both in facial structure and choice of jewellery and makeup. you cooked hard with elise she looking insanely good, i don't think i ever took a moment to think about her human form before but now that you pointed out it doesn't match the lore description i started to think... she looking like she was supposed to be in a super hero comic with her "i have spider powers" super villain costume

The redesigns are so great!! Hoping in the next part you can do a Talon face redesign, my poor boy has like 9 different across the lore and skins (And none of them has the scar that katarina gave him in the comic)
Oh yes!! I want to make a talon one for a while, also his cloak needs some love and care :D (just to make it more floaty and usable, maybe like an actual weapon.) I thought about giving him a half mask like the new samira skin, but him showing of the mask would also be cool :D aaah talon yeah, have to paint him soon :D

amazing work! though i'd like to point out that Briar's splash artist (Hozure) is known for drawing a lot of yordles, and that's pretty much what let her to looking like one. really love your design of her and Cassio, btw.
yeah I saw the interactions after the splash got out and recognized some consistency in her works - Hozure is great tho! :D I dont like thematic inconsistency in fantasy design (as she is no yordl) and if something is weird I try to find out why it could be that way :D thanks for the compliment!

The Briar rework is my personal favorite! Changing her species to the bat-vastaya from Arcane really makes her character feel a lot less less out of place, and it feels like such an elegant solution to the problems you highlighted

Hi there I will not go to much into detail because there is the possibility that I tackle the subject in a video :D But in general I think that the victor design has a bit on an identity crisis :D he wants to keep the gameplay that does not really fit the new design, (where are the golden tendrils that hover people around?, turning people would be cool and more..) and the design ofc is no machine victor anymore. I would either have given him the new design and scrapped his kit, make it an aatrox and dont apologize. Or do it like this, but make a skin similar to volibears release skin that features a modern look of the machine herald and ofc change the skins they made for him, prototype is a missed opportunity and I would love him to be something fitting the viktor from the show on his way to become the glorious evolved - so those would be my 2 cents :D

I agree if they want to replace viktor they should go all in, i prefer old vik because there are no other cyborg scientist anymore im zaun. But, his arcane (not in game) design is very cool, but the kit should feel more powerful i guess? (i mean he is the strongest champ in zaun now), maybe add his puppets, tendrils, or the anomaly as an ult. But, i hope they release a new cyborg scientist with that at least i have a semblance of old viktor. I'll be waiting for your other videos!

Ugh, that Cass design really draws into sharp relief all the reasons I was so flabbergasted by people who thought Nickiboy's design was like LEGIT vgu material as opposed to like, cute fun fanart. Nickiboy's design: -Had zero Noxian cultural signifiers whatsoever -Brings in the ancient Egyptian iconography of Shurima for her clothes and makeup. This isn't inherently bad - she's a Black Rose operative who needs to work covertly, there's no reason she WOULDN'T try to blend in by adopting native fashions. But given she's, again, a BLACK ROSE operative, it would be way better to have her Shuriman garb be an alternate skin and work on trying to create some kind of order-wide visual signifier for Black Rose members. (That said, I've seen people dislike the fact that she was made into another race in the redesign, which I think is incredibly flimsy. Most of the biggest visual updates have changed the characters' lore a little, there's no reason why they couldn't make Cass a half-sister by a Shuriman man her mother slept with. That's extremely workable.) -The design makes her generically pretty, an abjectly terrible choice for a character whose central fantasy is being transformed against her will into a monster. -Dresses her in skimpy clothing to make her a "seductress", a choice that makes absolutely no sense. The ratio of political enemies to Noxus who want to fuck a snake-monster is bound to be pretty slim, and even if it weren't, hey, THERE ARE NO OTHER SNAKE-WOMEN IN RUNETERRA. She's not a Vastaya! She's a singular oddity, which means if she's trying to seduce someone, word will get out very very quickly that there's a Noxian agent with a snake body trying to seduce people. I'm so goddamn tired of people coming up with the flimsiest Watsonian explanations for drawing pretty women. “You painted a naked woman because you enjoyed looking at her, put a mirror in her hand and you called the painting “Vanity,” thus morally condemning the woman whose nakedness you had depicted for you own pleasure.” ― John Berger, Ways of Seeing
I think what he done with Cassiopeia is that he choose a side of her then turn it up to 11 instead like how Viktor in Arcane was design well kinda not really because the Riot higher ups is still not completely commiting to a completely different character. Her current design is kinda in the middle of being a sexy lady and a monster lady she really doesn't commit on either of them so he picked a side for her to completely turn into. He did create a more monstrous design for Cassiopeia he just put more money in the sexy lady design.
Real. Nicky's design of Cass doesn't even scream League of Legends at all. It's neither Shuriman nor Noxian. Just a generic pretty Egyptian lady wih skimpy clothing and snake legs. You don't even need to make a character dress skimpy clothing to make her a "seductress". The design is overyped and put to face value.
Bro thank god I'm not the only one. His redesign somehow felt more generic and sex bait than the original Cass, completely losing the monstrous aspect integral to her character. I really wish he just went with the monstrous versikn he had and not gave in to the gooners.
Cassiopeia and Annie redesigns are just FIRE ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 For Elise, it's a bit of a complicated situation, because unlike Cassiopeia who sort of transformed into a half-serpent, Elise is still a woman, but with the power to become a Spider, so there's no way to give her those characteristics. I just wish Riot gave a more detailed explanation of how she transforms into a Spider, would it be like a Belveth who has monstrous body parts that resemble humans and when she turns into a Spider her body opens up like a Demogorgon's? Would it be like an instant spell, where she uses and poof, magical mist and a spider comes out of it? I know Riot wants to sell, but for me, in Spider form, Elise should remain a half-breed, like a boss from Souls-Like games.
What I found interesting while watching your video that I never noticed, whenever there's a champion holding some high position in Noxus, they're usually have some form of inhumanity in them, whether it's Cassiopeia and Elise with their monstrous forms, Swain with his demonic arm or Vladimir being a vampiresque man (or onion head in League). Most champions that still are very humane are most often just some kind of "tool" or they're working for their higher ups. Also I agree with Annie headband being out of place and even with Isha bunny ears, I still think her demon horns headband is out of place. Piltover and Zaun are regions that are supposed to be closer to "modern" age with all the tech and steampunk feeling, while Noxus is (currently) portrayed as militaristic and harsh. That being said, I always imagined that some kind of bow on the back of Annie's head could work well to create that horns silhouette (which ironically isn't that big of a deal if we look through her more recent skins) while also giving that false sweetness and innocence that seems to be direction Annie is (or at least I feel she is if we consider her LoR version since League one still is more of a unknown, even with her origin story that didn't explain anything). Also great video as always! I loved your version of Elise with small details of red jewels on her headpiece tapping into that spider imagery even more.
There is a lot of truth to that, its an interesting symbol for losing humanity in the conquest for power :D Have to agree on the headband, it feels really out of place with Annie, the bow tie is a good idea! I will see if I can apply that or a similar design in a follow up :D Thanks for your thoughts always happy to read them!

Briar is such a complicated design to change. She really does need some more narrative-meat on her story-bones, but change a single thing and it will make someone go "yeah thats not briar anymore".
They should focus on both Noxus and Ionia, each one with his own secret sins, something like Game of Thrones. When both sides clash it will be catarsic
Love the elise design, always found her whole "out of spider" form a bit weird. Not exactly alluring, would've loved if she looked more human in some of her skins, while keeping the spider-form very distinct. Hell, give her an outfit close to Morgana would fit her so well.

I Just want u to try this lol champion design i just tought off : A viking (region could be "Frelord")like archer that have the same mechanic as samira he can shoot arrows ranged and melee fights with two daggers when hes ranged he can vanish teleport a short distance but vertically ,shoots arrows fast and because he has a viking like body when he melee hes tanky and when hes ranged hes not his teleport abbility in melee mode switches to a dash. P.S: I JUST TOUGHT AND TYPED SO FEEL FREE TO ADD ANY IDEAS.

I think Briar could've (should've?) been Annie's stepsister brought back as a monster by the Black Rose. It always struck me as odd that the Black Rose seems to have no interest in Annie, given that her father was a mage and Tybaulk was originally bound to her mother by the Black Rose. You're telling me they just lost track of her? I refuse to believe LeBlanc would just "misplace" someone that powerful.
These are all really impressive but there's something special about Elise. She looks really alluring in a sort of Bene Gesserit way. An extremely expensive looking lady who seduces people into their own destruction.
The Cassiopiea redesign is really thoughtful. Definitely prefer this play on her character since it reconcile the dissonance that Riot never bothered to fix when they made her. Annie looks better than ever(although I didn't really get the comparaison, I will comeback to it later) like you said she felt more like a cosplay than a character. I actually like Leblanc's redesign but I am wondering if maybe it's too far from the champion original identity. Because while I think the new Viktor is 100% better , the people that main him think his design is too far from what he once was(and that Riot was lazy). Same thing for Arcane/Fortiche Warwick people hated it. So while I think Leblanc redesign is an improvement it might alienate a lot of people if the champion appearance deviates to much and it replaced their lol design. Now for the comparaison: When you say Genshin do you mean general anime art style or do you like really mean Mihoyo design philosophy. Because if that's the case I don't really see how characters like Annie or Briar feat in either way. Annie looks more like a Cartoon Network characters that escaped to Runeterra than an anime character. Her design in lol looks simple, and while Mihoyo never deviates much from standard silhouette, yet one thing that holds true is that they blast their characters with small amount of jewelry, floppy bits of clothing with a lot color and sometimes pattern. Which some of those things are rare for riot or something that they actively avoid looking... at Fortiche Herald of The Arcane and League of Legend Herald Of The Arcane side by side. Meanwhile Annie looks restrained, simple albeit a bit outdated. Annie standing beside Sigewinne , Iansan or Kachina (all from Genshin) definitely make me think she looks more like a cartoon characters more like than Mihoyo or anime character. Briar current design would never be in a hoyo games because while she definitely is the closest weeb characters in LoL the microscopic half assed small amount of body horror she brings is something Mihoyo has never done(and I doubt they will ever do.). She feels more like a FGO(Camazotz is Briar but better now that I think about it), AFK Journey, Dyslite and maybe Arknight if I push it. Funnily enough I think Samira and Katarina fit more closely to that comparaison(or criticism) since hoyo games in general are filled with hot fighter women in sexy attire like Samira(Acheron (HSR),Dehya,Chasca, Cesar(ZZZ), Eremites faction and a plethora). Finally I want to say It's not really a criticism but has someone who plays their games the comparison really confused me. Because I can sometimes hyper fixate on details and this was bugging me.
Agree.. if its a form of her, mayybe but as an actual default look? Hell to the nah. It doesnt even deserve to be an arcane skin. Just so empty, soulles and nothing like her😕

the briar splash art is so odd to me cause why does her face make her look younger than she is cause she's apparently around college age but her splash art makes her look like a kid, I guess maybe they were going for vampire bat but failed so I like that you actually made look like she's actually the age she is but figured out a way to give her the bat look
Please get closer to the mic or turn the background music's volume down a bit.. at certain points its really hard to hear you especially during briar's section.

I dont have one, currently im always taking one or two days after doing videos to be online and to interact and in-between have to juggle a lot of things but it could be a good idea for a time when I have more space - but before so long I would recommend either Dominic Meyer art - he is an artists with a discord server where people give good advise - I keep it in mind tho because I think a dc server could be very cool!

Its really cool how you take everything one step further to make it more interesting. Exploring their unique traits... Amazing!! I gotta admit that at first i did not enjoy Cassiopeia with the monster mouth, but damn, it was genius, covering it with a veil so she still keeps that elegant mysterious look, but as soon as she uncovers there's that monster. It gives her so much depth and makes her more interesting for sure. Nice work and keep it going!🩷!❤
I personally really like Briar's design but even I was a little disappointed after she was marketed as a "Vampire".
Yes the build up here was very misdirecting - a different phrasing would have made a world of difference!

@@cheepcheep4499 absolutely glorious, Katarina is a 12/10 they nailed her looks sooo good, Leblanc has a great recognizable face 10/10, Vladimir is a great design even though I’d prefere longer hair, but maybe the similarities between him and swain would be too pronounced. The only one where is was a bit unsure was Darius, i would have preferred if he had a broken nose or a more facial damage, a face more similar to the brutish rictus or vander, he looked a bit too groomed for my taste, but maybe I have to see him more in action. Elise ofc looked great but we didn’t get to see her face, still her design was awesome, fortiche always takes the damn cakeshop.
I loved all designs but as for Katarina - I feel like a sharp pointed nose would suit her better. A round nose is taking away the timeless sharp beauty and mischievousness she always exudes

I LOVE arcane’s bat vastaya, so that briar redesign makes a LOT of sense to me. In fact it looks kinda similar to my own void-touched bat vastaya character i designed for a runeterra DnD campaign ❤❤❤
These are very beautifully drawn, my only critique would be that Samira should have a slightly darker skin tone due to being from shurima
this is one of the best approaches ive ever seen on cassiopeia!! I think chanaging the green to gold would be a better choice, still, its beyond awesome, you did an amazing job there mate.

1. Super on board with adding a demonic effect to Annie when using her powers...personally I think you could go even harder and contort her face to vaguely be more ursine in the demon form
2. funny enough your Ambessa design looks younger as you praised her visible age lol
3. I think for Briar we could actually make her look like an adult when riot so insisted that she is one
4. cassiopia is fantastic. no nitpicks/
5. I think elise could use an insane twist.like a mouth that splits into 4 mandibles, truly going into the whole horror vibe.

The redesigns are so great!! Hoping in the next part you can do a Talon face redesign, my poor boy has like 9 different across the lore and skins (And none of them has the scar that katarina gave him in the comic)
Oh yes!! I want to make a talon one for a while, also his cloak needs some love and care :D (just to make it more floaty and usable, maybe like an actual weapon.) I thought about giving him a half mask like the new samira skin, but him showing of the mask would also be cool :D aaah talon yeah, have to paint him soon :D
@@Arthis_ Yeah making his cloak more unique and a half mask would be so cool! I think that would make him more interesting and not an Assassin's creed ripoff. Also, in my opinion, I think it would be nice to change his colour because blue is not that of a noxian color. Pathienly waiting to see the final result (I know it would be great coming from you :D)
amazing work! though i'd like to point out that Briar's splash artist (Hozure) is known for drawing a lot of yordles, and that's pretty much what let her to looking like one.

yeah I saw the interactions after the splash got out and recognized some consistency in her works - Hozure is great tho! :D I dont like thematic inconsistency in fantasy design (as she is no yordl) and if something is weird I try to find out why it could be that way :D thanks for the compliment!

The Briar rework is my personal favorite! Changing her species to the bat-vastaya from Arcane really makes her character feel a lot less less out of place, and it feels like such an elegant solution to the problems you highlighted

Hello arthis! as usual a beautiful redesign! cassiopeia isnky favourite one, the veiled version is cool because it feels like she take some shuriman element. By the way, do you have any opinion about the viktor rework? or how will you rework him? im curious since thats a recent ruckus.
Hi there I will not go to much into detail because there is the possibility that I tackle the subject in a video :D But in general I think that the victor design has a bit on an identity crisis :D he wants to keep the gameplay that does not really fit the new design, (where are the golden tendrils that hover people around?, turning people would be cool and more..) and the design ofc is no machine victor anymore.
I would either have given him the new design and scrapped his kit, make it an aatrox and dont apologize. Or do it like this, but make a skin similar to volibears release skin that features a modern look of the machine herald and ofc change the skins they made for him, prototype is a missed opportunity and I would love him to be something fitting the viktor from the show on his way to become the glorious evolved - so those would be my 2 cents :D
@Arthis_ Thanks for the response! You and Skyen are the go to youtuber for character design, so its great having both ofn your insight! I agree if they want to replace viktor they should go all in, i prefer old vik because there are no other cyborg scientist anymore im zaun. But, his arcane (not in game) design is very cool, but the kit should feel more powerful i guess? (i mean he is the strongest champ in zaun now), maybe add his puppets, tendrils, or the anomaly as an ult. But, i hope they release a new cyborg scientist with that at least i have a semblance of old viktor. I'll be waiting for your other videos!

Cassiopeia is awesome! That is such a perfect idea for her with the mask and the shape of her mouth. I would kill for this design in the new series
Ugh, that Cass design really draws into sharp relief all the reasons I was so flabbergasted by people who thought Nickiboy's design was like LEGIT vgu material as opposed to like, cute fun fanart.
Nickiboy's design:
-Had zero Noxian cultural signifiers whatsoever
-Brings in the ancient Egyptian iconography of Shurima for her clothes and makeup. This isn't inherently bad - she's a Black Rose operative who needs to work covertly, there's no reason she WOULDN'T try to blend in by adopting native fashions. But given she's, again, a BLACK ROSE operative, it would be way better to have her Shuriman garb be an alternate skin and work on trying to create some kind of order-wide visual signifier for Black Rose members. (That said, I've seen people dislike the fact that she was made into another race in the redesign, which I think is incredibly flimsy. Most of the biggest visual updates have changed the characters' lore a little, there's no reason why they couldn't make Cass a half-sister by a Shuriman man her mother slept with. That's extremely workable.)
-The design makes her generically pretty, an abjectly terrible choice for a character whose central fantasy is being transformed against her will into a monster.
-Dresses her in skimpy clothing to make her a "seductress", a choice that makes absolutely no sense. The ratio of political enemies to Noxus who want to fuck a snake-monster is bound to be pretty slim, and even if it weren't, hey, THERE ARE NO OTHER SNAKE-WOMEN IN RUNETERRA. She's not a Vastaya! She's a singular oddity, which means if she's trying to seduce someone, word will get out very very quickly that there's a Noxian agent with a snake body trying to seduce people.
I'm so goddamn tired of people coming up with the flimsiest Watsonian explanations for drawing pretty women.

I think what he done with Cassiopeia is that he choose a side of her then turn it up to 11 instead like how Viktor in Arcane was design well kinda not really because the Riot higher ups is still not completely commiting to a completely different character. Her current design is kinda in the middle of being a sexy lady and a monster lady she really doesn't commit on either of them so he picked a side for her to completely turn into. He did create a more monstrous design for Cassiopeia he just put more money in the sexy lady design.
Real. Nicky's design of Cass doesn't even scream League of Legends at all. It's neither Shuriman nor Noxian. Just a generic pretty Egyptian lady wih skimpy clothing and snake legs. You don't even need to make a character dress skimpy clothing to make her a "seductress". The design is overyped and put to face value.
Bro thank god I'm not the only one. His redesign somehow felt more generic and sex bait than the original Cass, completely losing the monstrous aspect integral to her character. I really wish he just went with the monstrous versikn he had and not gave in to the gooners.

For Elise, it's a bit of a complicated situation, because unlike Cassiopeia who sort of transformed into a half-serpent, Elise is still a woman, but with the power to become a Spider, so there's no way to give her those characteristics. I just wish Riot gave a more detailed explanation of how she transforms into a Spider, would it be like a Belveth who has monstrous body parts that resemble humans and when she turns into a Spider her body opens up like a Demogorgon's? Would it be like an instant spell, where she uses and poof, magical mist and a spider comes out of it?
I know Riot wants to sell, but for me, in Spider form, Elise should remain a half-breed, like a boss from Souls-Like games.
What I found interesting while watching your video that I never noticed, whenever there's a champion holding some high position in Noxus, they're usually have some form of inhumanity in them, whether it's Cassiopeia and Elise with their monstrous forms, Swain with his demonic arm or Vladimir being a vampiresque man (or onion head in League). Most champions that still are very humane are most often just some kind of "tool" or they're working for their higher ups.
Also I agree with Annie headband being out of place and even with Isha bunny ears, I still think her demon horns headband is out of place. Piltover and Zaun are regions that are supposed to be closer to "modern" age with all the tech and steampunk feeling, while Noxus is (currently) portrayed as militaristic and harsh. That being said, I always imagined that some kind of bow on the back of Annie's head could work well to create that horns silhouette (which ironically isn't that big of a deal if we look through her more recent skins) while also giving that false sweetness and innocence that seems to be direction Annie is (or at least I feel she is if we consider her LoR version since League one still is more of a unknown, even with her origin story that didn't explain anything).
Also great video as always! I loved your version of Elise with small details of red jewels on her headpiece tapping into that spider imagery even more.
There is a lot of truth to that, its an interesting symbol for losing humanity in the conquest for power :D
Have to agree on the headband, it feels really out of place with Annie, the bow tie is a good idea! I will see if I can apply that or a similar design in a follow up :D

Briar is such a complicated design to change. She really does need some more narrative-meat on her story-bones, but change a single thing and it will make someone go "yeah thats not briar anymore".
They should focus on both Noxus and Ionia, each one with his own secret sins, something like Game of Thrones. When both sides clash it will be catarsic
Love the elise design, always found her whole "out of spider" form a bit weird. Not exactly alluring, would've loved if she looked more human in some of her skins, while keeping the spider-form very distinct. Hell, give her an outfit close to Morgana would fit her so well.
I love Briar already, but adding those extra long ears really sells her

Hi Arthis hope u having a good day ! I Just want u to try this lol champion design i just tought off : A viking (region could be "Frelord")like archer that have the same mechanic as samira he can shoot arrows ranged and melee fights with two daggers when hes ranged he can vanish teleport a short distance but vertically ,shoots arrows fast and because he has a viking like body when he melee hes tanky and when hes ranged hes not his teleport abbility in melee mode switches to a dash.
P.S: I JUST TOUGHT AND TYPED SO FEEL FREE TO ADD ANY IDEAS.

I think Briar could've (should've?) been Annie's stepsister brought back as a monster by the Black Rose. It always struck me as odd that the Black Rose seems to have no interest in Annie, given that her father was a mage and Tybaulk was originally bound to her mother by the Black Rose. You're telling me they just lost track of her? I refuse to believe LeBlanc would just "misplace" someone that powerful.

These are all really impressive but there's something special about Elise. She looks really alluring in a sort of Bene Gesserit way. An extremely expensive looking lady who seduces people into their own destruction.

The Cassiopiea redesign is really thoughtful. Definitely prefer this play on her character since it reconcile the dissonance that Riot never bothered to fix when they made her. Annie looks better than ever(although I didn't really get the comparaison, I will comeback to it later) like you said she felt more like a cosplay than a character.
I actually like Leblanc's redesign but I am wondering if maybe it's too far from the champion original identity. Because while I think the new Viktor is 100% better , the people that main him think his design is too far from what he once was(and that Riot was lazy). Same thing for Arcane/Fortiche Warwick people hated it. So while I think Leblanc redesign is an improvement it might alienate a lot of people if the champion appearance deviates to much and it replaced their lol design.
Now for the comparaison:
When you say Genshin do you mean general anime art style or do you like really mean Mihoyo design philosophy.
Because if that's the case I don't really see how characters like Annie or Briar feat in either way. Annie looks more like a Cartoon Network characters that escaped to Runeterra than an anime character. Her design in lol looks simple, and while Mihoyo never deviates much from standard silhouette, yet one thing that holds true is that they blast their characters with small amount of jewelry, floppy bits of clothing with a lot color and sometimes pattern. Which some of those things are rare for riot or something that they actively avoid looking... at Fortiche Herald of The Arcane and League of Legend Herald Of The Arcane side by side. Meanwhile Annie looks restrained, simple albeit a bit outdated. Annie standing beside Sigewinne , Iansan or Kachina (all from Genshin) definitely make me think she looks more like a cartoon characters more like than Mihoyo or anime character.
Briar current design would never be in a hoyo games because while she definitely is the closest weeb characters in LoL the microscopic half assed small amount of body horror she brings is something Mihoyo has never done(and I doubt they will ever do.). She feels more like a FGO(Camazotz is Briar but better now that I think about it), AFK Journey, Dyslite and maybe Arknight if I push it.
Funnily enough I think Samira and Katarina fit more closely to that comparaison(or criticism) since hoyo games in general are filled with hot fighter women in sexy attire like Samira(Acheron (HSR),Dehya,Chasca, Cesar(ZZZ), Eremites faction and a plethora).
Finally I want to say It's not really a criticism but has someone who plays their games the comparison really confused me. Because I can sometimes hyper fixate on details and this was bugging me.
I hope the new leblanc looks nothing like that
