On the 28 Sportster with a Perry Carb that has the eccentric screw low speed needle disk adjustment, I barely achieve good overall performance at the maximum lean reach of the idle adjustment and I want to go a little leaner. Do I have an air leak, or can I reassemble the low speed needle in a leaner positioning range?
Hi I have an issue. When we move throttle forward or backward the fuel comes out of the needle valve...and the needle valve also moves with throttle movement...do needle valve also moves while throttle moves...
Very cool Randy, Glad to see you put some stuff out.
Yup that's how a K&B should run. I have 3 of them, best engines I ever had. They just don't wear out.
Awesome tuning tutorial! You make it look easy! 👍
Nice, I am trying to decide between the K&B 61 (6550) and the HB 61 with PDP you sell.

Yes the needle moves and you probably need a new o-ring available from MECOA
