It’s weird my 3.3 shuts off right at 5 seconds with the fuel pinch test but I can’t ever get a good low end tune I don’t get it

I don't know i tried all kinds of ways here after running for 10-15 minutes runs good the when i go the pull full throttle it just boggs down and sounds like it.going to shut off.Its a 3.3 hsn 3-1/2 out low 1-1/2 out.

Question just got my revo 3.3 out now when running it has a gurgling.Right now my high side about 2 turns out my low side I get 3 seconds and it dies out on the pinch test

Does that mean. Moving the LSNeedle clockwise/forwards into the hole is restricting fuel flow therefore allowing more air, resulting in higher revs, bogging and a far hotter engine?
