So happy to hear someone talk about this issue (website building scammers). I personally had this happen to me and the person's name was on the bottom home page of the site (advertising) and if you wanted it taken out, you had to dish more $ out to buy an app to take it away. Lots of other issues that you had to purchase things to fix the issues. Definitely research people and spend $ on a professional was the lesson I learned.

Unfortunately, I never made a career of it but it served me well in niche Point-of-Sale systems in the retail field. Good luck with Fourth Phase. I'm in a similar boat, knocking work back through the UA-cam exposure because I'm maxed out, the problem is that I'm the product and those people want me... if I hire people then people who come to me might not get me. First world problems. Good luck though, the internet is the biggest CRM system in the world so you've got a huge advantage there!
