It really sounds stupid when you keep calling him "them" . He is one person. He was not arrested in the hawaii incident. Of course you neglect to say that the grooming allegations have been completely disproven. There has been no accusation of "luring young fans".

Who determines if you're going to use gender-neutral pronouns in your stories? Do you assume that the subject of the story has gone on record as requiring that, or do it just in case. . . . it slows readers and listeners down trying to sort it out (e.g. does "they" in one story involving a crowd in a bar refer to Ezra Miller or the crowd?). Very tedious.
