I thought that too, especially people being more cognizant of what or who might be behind them when entering the building! Posting his picture, he will remove as soon as one person screws up. Thinking management needs to give a flyer to each tenant with his picture and what they need to do if they are confronted by him.

This is happening where i live in an EDEN Housing development on MacArthur but the intruders are also squatters. We have no security patrols and apparently no recourse 😢

Where I live at, we’re having a problem with a gentleman coming into the building as he knows one of the tenants. He is bipolar and very mental. He has been escorted out the building, but he still returns by piggybacking on someone coming into the building.
I used to live by the lake. That used to be a beautiful place to live back in the 90’s. Especially on festival at the lake weekends. Rent was cheap $600 for a 1 bedroom.
