For the dog food, I definitely recommend dedicating a special cabinet for all of his stuff. Of course you’ll have shampoos, brushes, etc that you’ll need to store, so it’ll be perfect for the dog food!

For me I put the dog bowls somewhere where it won’t get stepped on, somewhere where nobody will hit it while walking and somewhere not to cramped so the dog has space to move. I also suggest getting a mat for under the bowls bc it can and will get messy sometimes.
congrats on your puppy ❤️ i would suggest getting a grass pad for the outside patio if you want to transition to potty training outside. once a puppy gets used to pads they won’t go outside! i learned the hard way 😆

Hii! Its recommended to keep in bag that it came with then put that bag in storage container in dry place 😊 I used to transfer foods too but i learned in vet tech school the bags are made to keep the food the freshest 🥰 those wings 😍
My family puts our dogs bowls and food in our laundry/mudroom, which might be a good idea since you put his kennel/crate in your laundry room so a lot of stuff would be in the same spot. You could also put the food in a cabinet in your kitchen that you don’t store a lot of food related things in, and put the bowls in an empty corner of your kitchen.
I recommend you put the dog food somewhere without direct sunlight, so it stays fresh and keep the moisture in longer. Also it’s worth taking a look at the ingredients list to see if there are a lot of grains which is not ideal for dogs

Yorkie’s are one of the best dogs I would know I have 3 but when they can’t see you they bark and they like being near someone I would recommend and they don’t shed which is really good
omg yorkies are literally the best. i have one and i love him so much ahh. a funny thing i noticed was that his color was a lot like matcha’s, dark and black, but as he grew it turned grey. and he’s only 3! i’m curious to see if matcha lightens as he gets older.

Caroline!! I am most definitely not a vet or qualified to tell you what to do in any way hahahaha but I have seen on TikTok that it can be harmful to dogs to put their food in plastic containers. I've heard the food can take in the toxic chemicals in the plastic and that it is best to keep the dog food in its bag!

Also I had a Shihtzu toy poodle mix dog. We put our dog food in our garage inside a bin so that it doesn’t stink up the house and so that rats can’t get it when it’s in a bin
