If the board is not defective it could the result of the design, I would say a trick like what class d is doing and maybe not detected by the spkr and not noticeable by our ears. I once experienced that kind of wo having ringing on top caused by open cercap however on class AB. But not noticeable to my ears. It is beyond the capacity our ears will perceive. Just a thought. Sound testing would be good.
The sound made by the board when playing music and connected to speakers is bad even at low level output where the THD of amps are usually low ,I can tell that the sound it is making is distorted. There is 3 linear regulator on the board, 78M05, 79M05, 78M10 and the ±5V output are spot on. Recheck the 78M10 and the output is ok now, really don't know what is going with this board. Also need to check the output of the NE5532 (buffer) if is is clean.
It would really help if you talked slower and practice your articulation, it's really hard to follow. Also quite some background hiss, maybe there is a way to filter that out or use an other mic.

If so, we need to go back the vinyl style and abolish all those digital gears. They wouldn't arrived this topology when those older classes of Amplifier is far better. Not just the audio quality but the overall performance. Yes, it's bad for cheaper designs and modules. Can't be denied. And I agreed on that.

@@boknoynaruto3824 There might be some solder cracks, or could be missing cercap.
Highly possible the board arrived with poor packaging and is only packed in thin foam in a bubble envelope.

What is the input voltage
You mean the power supply, it is a dual polarity 40 volts psu (±40V), it can be seen at around 6:12 in the video.
why not a tap3225?
I got the Wondom TPA3255 here ua-cam.com/video/2NJMLp1aENU/v-deo.html
and the TDA8954 420W here ua-cam.com/video/-Po6Y2tstWU/v-deo.html
Class D amp is one big wrong for true music
I bet you can't explain why and you haven't heard good designs with equal psu yet. I did and must say it's intimidating to my classAB hifi gear .
