What type of vessels to use to cook acidic food. Also it should be thick bottom to avoid burns and crust of foods like uppitu, to prepare mysore pak, bisi bele bhat etc... plz guide.
yes. you can do that without any issues. if it has lots of tomoatoes etc. then after cooking, transfer to an other vessel. this is to prevent excessive iron taste in the food you cook in them.
Ma'am *MY olden Hamaaam dasta is completely rusted. You wouldn't get old original imaam dastas. What to do I can't possibly put 60 kgs heavy imaam dasta on gas stove and heat it. What to do and how to do??
Hi mam recently I am using brass vessel with tin coating. some coating sticking to rice after cooking. What is the solution to it? Could you please give your suggestion 🙏
This could happen when the temperature of cooking has been very high which could have resulted in the melting of tin coating and mixing of it with food. Please use the cookware in medium/low flame so that does not happen..
Same problem....i kept my new iton unused......the same kadai, same problem.....thanks for the solution
Happy to help
Thank you
