Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Dirty Water Issue

I was not getting the dirty water to suction out of my carpet after applying the cleaning water/solution in my Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution. My suction was working just fine. How do we resolve this? Just a couple easy steps. #bissell #carpetcleaning

Oh my gosh, thank you thank you thank you. We had used our pet pro revolution only a few times and the suction stopped. Hubs tried everything. Meanwhile, 2 dogs, 2 years later my carpets are a mess. I poured the water in the spot (it's the same as yours), and BOOM, suction! You don't know how grateful I am.

You saved the day! Video after video explaining the same things. I’m so glad I searched a little longer and found your video. Pouring the water in the accessory port did the trick. I was hesitant to pour the water on the carpet but I did and wow. Very grateful for your tips.

Oh thank you. I did my carpets today my rugs are saturated and look worse then b4. I didn't realize nothing was in my dirty tank . I did the water test and it sucked it up . Will try to pour water onto carpet tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to re clean them again.

But it should suck up if it is brand new! Mine would not work out of the box...sooo, will have to prime it each time? BUT THANK YOU< I will double check...again, to see what happens! Cheers girl...YOU ROCK!

make sure the rubber cover in the dirty tank is closed to seal it. Also the float in the dirty tank is supposed to lift up and stop suction so it doesn’t over flow so make sure there’s no debris keeping it in the up position.

Neat! Sometimes you may have to check like everything is sealed. Like the dirty water tank has a rubber seal to release the dirty water and sometimes I forget to close it again and then I don't get any suction because I don't close it lol

Your machine should have come with a weird thin, long plastic thing that slides in there. It hooks the dog hair to pull it out.
