One is a foamtruck, the second in the video looks like a unit to collect any waste from the fire needing to be disposed off correctly due to being hazardous, third rectangular box-shaped truck is carrying "Special fire fighting equipment", the really big one looks like a command centre type of truck for central coordination of fighting the fire.
The one with the police escort in front (well so it seems) is a logistics and supply wellbeing truck (it says "Verzorgingseenheid" which can be well, anything, from being able to cater to injured firefighters or having water and some sort of food present or new oxygen tanks).
After that one the one that holds at the intersection for a bit seems to be carrying a diesel generator for work lights to light the area.
The one after that: no idea, looks like a container for hazardous waste as well, but I'm not sure.
One after that also looks like something carrying a diesel generator WITH A LOT of fuel tanks along with it.
Last one is probably self explanatory :D :P.
