6:49 THANK YOU!!! that stupid clear plastic had me searching youtube for way too long trying to figure out WHAT IT IS FOR. LOL. Ur the first to devulge ANY info other than "its a stand, in 4 pieces".
The extra grey piece goes on the left side of his back in robot mode. The base of the sword comes off and can be plugged into all the purple pieces that can then be put in the gun barrel. Also the red safety plug on the gun comes off.
Bought this dude a few years back before I realised it was so small lol. But he'll, he's a great figure. Be careful with the trigger guard, I bent it slightly and left a stress mark on it.
The three purple parts are for the laser sword effect. They connect to the ‘short sword’ to form the complete sword. The ‘short sword’ is only the base part.
Great review/video. I just got my 'Destroy Emperor' and am also confused by all the parts. I did find that the red bit does come out of the gun barrel, which is nice I guess. Also find it funny how they do that but the 'silencer' (which makes the gun bigger and thus a bit more realistic) doesn't have any red stopper. 🤷♂
that extra oiece looks like it goes into the trigger guard so the stand can peg into it to display it in gun mode. Megatron dis fire himself in gun mode in the cartoon once.
Unfortunately that filler for the back needs to be put off for transformation. It is a miss opportunity that it does not peg on the gun mode. That would have make him perfect. I got the one with metallic paint, I must say he is great figure!
How is the QC of this guy I've been looking at him for a while now, I don't have any other KOs to compare nor have I opened the pandoras's box that is MP collecting. I just want to mess around with a Megatron that can turn into a gun that doesn't risk breaking my 40 year old G1 Megatron
Think I'm going to take the plunge on this it seems really neat. And even though 4million year old Megs is nice and shiny still, he's got cosmic rust all over his decals, his decepticon logo is worn out to an outline.
They have a patent on the designs, I believe, and a copyright for the character names and symbols. But there are some third-party toys that are better than some of the main line figures.
@@ToySpotlite absolutely on the designs, but I meant more like, wow what if New Age or Magic Square made a 7 inch Optimus or Deluxe Jazz or a Megatron that matched well with ER Optimus that actually transformed into a gun
iM LOOKING AT THIS GUY THINK ITS THE SAME ON ON AMAZON SMALL BUT SWEET THANKS FOR SHOWING HE LOOKS WORTH THE MONEY JUST HOPE I CAN GET THE MONEY HARED RIGHT NOW NEVER HAD THE G1 HOPING I CAN .YES HAVE ISSUES WITH THE CAP KEY
I got this bootleg too & i was not too pleased with it. It is misleading, it is less than 5in. Sadly TF fans/collectors have to resort to buying bootlegs to get a proper “Megatron”.
This is a pretty cool little figure, even though he's about an inch or so smaller than I thought he'd be when I ordered him... I was really looking for a counterpiece to my downsized KO MP-10 Optimus Prime figure that wasn't another damned tank, but of course, when I opened him up he didn't match up with Optimus very well. Still, it's a pretty cool figure so, I had to keep it, even just as it's own display piece. I'm actually hoping to find a VERY small, yet slightly posable figure that I can paint black and white to make a black costume Spider-Man, and display them with a copy of Transformers #3, where Spider-Man is swinging from his webbing after trying to web up Megatron... I'll also make the custom webbing for the tiny Spidey...! I still want an 18" OS/KO of this Megatron to display opposite my 18" OS/KO MP-10 Optimus Prime too...!
I wish they would oversize this to Voyager size, that would be awesome.
You could often find oversized versions of figures at Sirtoys.
@@ronaldpaterni5081 Most of the time their cheap bad knock offs. I want a proper oversized. I am willing to pay 35 to 50 for it.

Holy crap, I just got that a few days ago. It's small but it works well with the others. The orange tip pops right off.
These reviews are always helpful, so thank you.
3:05 This figure definitely makes Megatron flexible. 🤨

Very tasty with a little hot sauce.

2:35 that is a filler piece that goes on his back so he looks a bit more normal in robot mode
Thanks! The instructions weren't clear about that at all.
Also 6:40 I believe the peg for the stand goes at the crotch piece, but I'm not too sure.
@@WaterfaucetproductionsI have the figure, and he has a butthole you can plug the stand into
Got one a week ago transformed him into his alt mode and put him in nemesis hand lol
Resident evil 2 Nemesis?!
1:29 why not give him a hand
The red gun safety tip is removable. It just pegs In.
I liked the box art than Hasbro dont. Destroy Emperor it sounded like animation of Diaclone series. XD
And as a few have already said, upscale of this would be really nice.
Had mine in gun mode for a while as it looks like a nice display piece. That grey part fits in his side if I remember, in Bot mode.

A few times in fact
How can I get that little Megatron?
How big is he compared to g1 starscream?
He is a little smaller. Of course, G1 Starscream is much wider as well. He scales really well with Robot Masters.
@@ToySpotlite thanks
Have you done a video on the G1 Shockwave reissue?
The G1 counterfeit? Not yet. Hopefully soon.

I have this figure and if you don't like the red tip on the end mine was able to come off so that might too

He's well put together. The plastic feels quality. And even if you pop off a piece, they pop back on easily enough.
You have an ancient 40,000 year old Megatron from 1984? How is he holding up? Any signs of cosmic rust yet?
Think I'm going to take the plunge on this it seems really neat. And even though 4million year old Megs is nice and shiny still, he's got cosmic rust all over his decals, his decepticon logo is worn out to an outline.
@@fenixfelixx And no cosmic rust on his feet or metal skeleton? Wow.
Metal thighs included.
Looks like it would display well with Mechfans toys output.
Maybe those 3 peaces are for the sword to make it longer.
Does Hasbro have a copyright on 6 inch transformers? It’d be amazing if a 3rd party made some to replace some crappy mainline figures

Omg so crabby! So small so loose! İ almost ordered it. Thanx so much
Can you send me a link?

We need a 3rd party voyager size version.
There's the ToyWorld/Zeta Toys one...
Ss86 commander class megatron if it was bigger.
Is he 6" scale?
EDIT: I'm wondering if he'll fit in with one's WFC collection.
He's about 5 inches to 5.5 inches tall, if you count the barrel on his back. A bit smaller. Should have mentioned that in the review. Argh!
@@ToySpotlite 5 to 5 1/2 inches? He is perfect to fight Ultimate Battle Prime from 2006-2007...

Big box, tiny figure. But thanks for the review.
Preceptor quoting Small things come in huge packages.
It’s a KO of NewAge Megatron
Megatron needs some botox infusion to keep his sagging face together. It is melting!
Emperor Megatron is filling in for Serpentor.
Emperor Meggy will lead his other little frengs to victory. Even though Scarface couldn't do it.
This is a knockoff of the NewAge Legends scale Megatron.
Well, they make Hasbro knock offs. Why not knock off each other?
