It was a great episode, but it had me wanting more and to see the fallout of that situation. Rosa seemed shaken up and I wish we got a follow-up episode with her dealing with it. Diaz is such an interesting character and Stephanie Beatriz is such a good actress it would've been a great opportunity to tackle the subject, because it's sadly far too relevant nowadays, as well as delve into her character a little more. I think it was a missed opportunity for a two-parter and there would've been potential for some great dark comedy as well considering Rosa's personality.

@@happychaosofthenorth I agree with you, it truly deserved a second episode. Rosa is one of the main characters, but I feel like she is often missed out. By that, I mean that she had very few moments in the spotlight, fewer than what she deserved. I don't know if you understand what I meant, but I'm glad if you did.

It's just so shocking to see the normally cocky Cox breakdown. And when J.D. repeats Cox's words of "Once you start blaming yourself for other people's deaths, there's no going back" right back to him, John C. Boy Meets World had many dark moments. Shawn’s mom leaving multiple times. Then his dad leaving him with Cory’s family. Mr. Turner’s open ending. Shawn being rejected by a girl because of where his family is from. Claire, the girl that had an abusive father, so Cory and Shawn take her in to their respective homes. Shawn’s alcoholism and when he pushes Angela. BMW tackled a lot.

i loved 8 simple rules mainly for john ritter. i had grown up watching him in reruns of three's company which his character of jack tripper always made me laugh till i cried whenever i was feeling down.. i also grew up with him as the voice of clifford the big red dog so naturally i was drawn to 8 simple rules because he was in it.. i remember exactly where i was when i heard he had died.. i was in an applebee's with some friends waiting for a table when it came up on the news station that was on at the time.. it really hit me hard and he was one of the first celebrity deaths that made me cry. until robin williams that is... i almost couldn't get through the episode of 8 simple rules that followed his death and the episode made me cry all over again knowing that it was his real death and seeing all the actors cry as well knowing they most likely were real tears instead of them acting. i also just noticed that the show was recently put onto disney+ and was thinking about watching it again until i came across the synopsis for the episode regarding his character's death and it saddened me. i honestly may still watch it in his memory just as i do with three's company whenever it comes on.

He watches it, and at the end, Swayze stares straight-faced at the camera and says, “Roadhouse.” Peter is inspired by Swayze’s grit, so he’s on kind of a movie high. He proceeds to do careless or violent things, and as soon as he does them, he stares straight at the camera and says, “Roadhouse.” I’m sorry it was a long explanation. That whole show had dark moments...Elena getting rejected by her own dad when she came out as lesbian, Alex being told to go back to Mexico for speaking Spanish, Lydia revealing that her oldest sister had to stay behind in Cuba because she was too old to leave on the same flight Lydia did, Lydia's stroke, Elena and her girlfriend getting sexually harassed by guys

A hard episode in All In The Family, was when Edith dies, and it hits Archie. When he holds her slipper and sits on the bed he says crying "It wasn't supposed to be this way"

That Boy Meets World Episode guts me every time-not only for Shawn, but for Jack too. Jack had just got to know Chet as his father, as Jack was raised by his mom and stepdad. When the Doctor tells them “We lost him”, it just rips my heart out. Also great mention of that Fresh Prince Episode, that was a powerful scene...and Will emptying the gun on the bed and breaking down in tears was just gut wrenching

Thank you for including this because I thought it would be on the other list and it surprised me when it wasn’t b/c this, Shawn’s speech before this and Shawn’s speech in “Cult Fiction” are some of Shawn’s most important and powerfully emotional moments in the show. I wanted the “Cult Fiction” moment on the list too so I am including that speech in this comment in case you want to use it for a future list “John, how could you be in here? How could you screw up on your bike? I’ve never seen you screw up on anything. I’m the screw-up remember, C’mon John you remember....Don’t do this to me John, I don’t do alone real good. I know you’re in there but it’s like you’re not really here. You’re not talking but I know you’re here. So I’m gonna talk and you can listen. John even when I was at the Centre,it was all the things you taught me that made me wonder if it was the right place for me or not, but you didn’t teach me enough. You and Cory and my parents and the Matthews and the handful of people who really care about me, So don’t blow me off John! Don’t blow me off God! I never asked you for anything and I never wanted to come to you like this but don’t take Turner away from me he’s not done yelling at me yet, God you’re not talking but I know you’re here, so I’m gonna talk and you can listen. God I don’t wanna be empty inside anymore.” This is so powerful
b/c Shawn is practically in tears the whole time.
