    A few tips:
✅1. Do Not Use A Straw For 24-48 Hours After Your Surgery
Sucking on a straw creates a lot of suction that could pull the blood clot away from the socket and dislodge it, causing dry socket.
✅2. Avoid Spitting Vigorously After Rinsing For 24-48 Hours After Extraction
After rinsing, do not spit vigorously. Let the liquid drip out of your mouth instead.
✅3. Don’t Smoke Or Use Oral Tobacco For 48 Hours
Smoking and using any kind of oral tobacco should be avoided. Smoking and tobacco use can interfere with blood flow and healing around the extraction site, which could cause or contribute to dry socket.
💡By the way, this is a great time to consider quitting smoking!
✅4. Do Not Brush The Extraction Site Directly For 3-4 Days
You should use a prescription mouth rinse or a warm saline rinse to rinse out your mouth, rather than brushing your extraction site directly. You can continue to brush your other teeth normally, but you should avoid the extraction site, as brushing could disturb the blood clot.
✅5. Eat Soft Foods And Avoid Crunchy, Hard, And Tough Foods
    Pretty much obvious, right?
    And the most important -
☝ ask your doctor to use a pure collagen plug after the extraction☝

I hope you would reply me 🥺.
I recently had 4 premolar extraction done from each side cause of impacted canines cause i had no space for my canine.
So i was wondering if my extraction site would be filled by my nearby teeths i.e canines when they pull them back. Will i still suffer from bone loss?
    Plz can I get a reply 🥲

Hello, my dear. That's a great question! The basic rule is "Natura abhorret vacuum" - Nature does not tolerate emptiness, so as long as the place of your premolars is filled with other teeth, the risk of bone loss is minimal.

@sssdias5667 honest answer is to ask your doctor, but generally you've nailed it- everything depends on the blood clot forming factor; after it's stabilized, it's okay to get back to the normal life
