Guava is good option for pregnancy and gestational diabetes
Pineapple mango is to be avoided but gauva is a super fruit during pregnancy . It's high in folic acid magnesium it also helps in cleansing our stomach so for women who struggle with constipation this is gold . It helps fight Anemia . Baby nervous system becomes strong ...One gauva one apple one pomo daily is cool .

@@sts3983 no , but gauva in general is a coolant fruit so consume it in day for breakfast.. if u store in in fridge keep it out as soon you get up ...if u feel uncomfortable sip some warm water . Also understand in pregnancy body changes a lot . Things u liked might not suit you now . So pls understand your body changes and consume food accordingly .

Weight gain varies based on your pre pregnancy weight. If you're under weight 12-20 kg is fine.. For nomal & correct BMI 8 to 15 kg is correct weight. If you're obese / overweight then you've to gain only 5-8 kgs

Istathuku alandhu vidrathu vaiku vandhathu lam pls do research and tell to the people,.. guava is not heat fruit it's vry good during pregnancy manly for constipation.. milk products is not necessary it's uh myth.. butter milk curd is good for probiotic.. normal weight gain is upto 12kg.. during 3rd trimester sdn limit carbohydrates like rice..take more fiber and protein foods..chiken is heat can avoid or can have small quantity home cook.. mutton nd liver are not heat mutton good source of protein fiber.. fish all small fishes we can have should avoid silver colour sea fishes contains mercury including salmon fish... Avoid fried and outside foods..packed foods snacks drinks etc...
