- Palak Tofu or Spinach and Tofu Curry is a delicious and nutritious Vegetarian Recipe (with vegan alternatives). It is rich in proteins and healthy fats and suitable for people on a keto diet.

Ingredients for Palak Tofu:
2-3 Tbsp. butter or ghee or cooking oil
Whole Spices- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera), 1-inch cinnamon stick, 5-6 cloves (laung), ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 green cardamom (elaichi)
2 tbsp sliced garlic
1 ½ tbsp sliced ginger
1 ½ cups sliced onions
3-4 cups (1 bunch) fresh spinach leaves or 300 g. frozen spinach
½ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
1 tsp coriander powder (optional)
1 to 1 ½ cups water to blend the spinach sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala powder (optional)
¼ cup half ‘n half (10 % milk), or 2 tbsp heavy cream, or 2 tbsp pasted almonds or cashews, or ¼ cup almond/cashew milk.
1 tsp lime juice
Chopped coriander leaves or cilantro to garnish - Навчання та стиль

Made this today. I added both tofu and cottage cheese as i had less tofu available. The final dish was delicious. My husband liked it and both my kids who are picky eaters, also ate it. Thank you :)
