I think about the chevelle_a is just a fatal BB error that they made it more quiet than the rest ;/ It is weird but this song in other formats like GIN works much better than TMX so I guess it is just a fatal codding error with this sound. Also this sound was used in many old school cars in RR3 fun fact. And there it worked alright.
