That was amazing! Those tricks aren't even explained in my instruction manual.... one question though: I understand that using the boxed 10 vs. the boxed 60 is a matter of expressing answers in either the sexigesimal or decimal system. That part is obvious enough... What I'm confused about is the boxed 10 on the outer scale. In all your examples, you used the boxed 10 on the inner scale.... what is the purpose of that same figure on the outer scale?
Hey mate, thank you for teaching me couple cool tricks on the flight computer. I was wondering if you have a video for how to add and subtract numbers with a flight computer as well. Thank you!
Glad you like the video. I don't think you can add and subtract with the flight computer but I'll double check that and will put a video up if it is possible. Thanks again for the feedback. Greg
I noticed two slight flaws in your recording, which if corrected, would make your video almost perfect. First, you start an example but did not complete it. Lastly, if you zoom out a bit so the entire scale can be read, one would be able to follow your video without having to take out one's flight computer to be able to see / read the answer. Other than that, you made an awesomely helpful video. Thank you!
e6b made easy Thanks!

+Sean McKenzie-Mardelli Disregard that question - the procedure is virtually the same, just backwards, if using the outer 10
