At 7:02 you said we need to convert a compass bearing (Magnetic) to True before drawing it on a map. I thought in a previous video you said to apply a Magnetic to Grid adjustment?

If you are using a magnetic compass and the magnetic compass rose, with all the corrections, say variation and error, why can't this be used to plot?
