Dear Danica. Thank you for this video. I think I’ve watched every single one. You have been my inspiration since my diagnosis 5 years ago. I appreciate when you convert on the screen your level for us in Canada and the UK. I think you were given Diabetes so that you could help so many people. You’re my Angel. 💙

Danica, your enthusiasm is so contagious! I have been T1D'n for 30 yrs now and appreciate your positive approach while talking about something that can be just plain exhausting some days. We all do the best we can with our diabetes, and some days are better than others because we can't always forecast things. Technology has amazed me over the yrs. and I'm so grateful for my Tandem pump and Dexcom G6. Also grateful for you and your cute little puppers! Keep up the awesome videos, they are encouraging to so many!! 💗🐾❣️👍🏻

Thanks for sharing it's nice to know that I am not the only one having trouble. Sometimes when I think everything should be going well it doesn't. I truly enjoy your videos.

Thanks for all your videos. I've been watching them while I was deciding on a pump.
I'm still working on a consistent workout routine. Normally I do a 30 minute walk in the morning and another walk around an hour in the afternoon.
Currently I'm doing some self qurantining though so I'm trying to do a few more in door workouts like Zumba.

Exercise is a hard one controlling blood sugars. What I found works for me is no insulin on board first thing in the morning with blood sugar around 110. It never goes low. With control IQ it always auto adjusted it. I didn’t think about turning it off. Sometimes I would just take the pump off but then my onboard numbers would be wrong if it auto corrected. 🤷‍♀️

Hi Danica! Love your videos! Very helpful. I’m a new type 1 diabetic. I’m curious if you’ve had any experience with Apple Cider Vinegar. I’ve heard it can blunt a glycemic response.

staying active in the colder months is easy for me xD I don't have a car because I can't afford one so I have to use public transport and the train station is a about 2km up a hill from where I live xD So I'll pretty easily get my steps in and the calories burning each day xD

I have been watching your videos for a while now. I want to commend you on all the great information you and party to me. I am a blind diabetic. I am hoping to start my own channel soon. Any advice would be helpful. Also it’s very hard for me to be active because I have neuropathy in my feet. So the balance issues are horrible. If you have any advice I would love to hear it.
