I know I'm a smidge older than you but I got over the whole 'only do it in the bathroom to avoid people' thing a few years back. I'll just whip out my syringes while sitting at a table at the airport nowadays. I think age has given me perspective and if it bugs someone that's not really my problem, it is theirs. (i'm 48, had type 1 since i was 12 or 13)
