New Holland Boomer 33/37. & LS XR3032, XR3037 tractor dpf delete. Fixes Regen Shut down.

- If your tractor shuts down every 30 seconds because you can not perform a regen this may help solve that issue. The regen light and the check engine light will remain on, on your dashboard but the tractor will stay on indefinitely.
Do not do this. It is against EPA rules probably. This is not my tractor and this was not filmed in the United States nor is this tractor in the United States. This tractor is a 2014 and I have no idea if this would work on yours.
Thank you! A million likes. I miss my old tractor that just, well, ran.
This was useful and actually works. Best to read the link provided.. Thanks for sharing this information.
Thanks for the info worked great
I did this to my Boomer 47 today runs great hope it continues
Hows it still running for you?
It’s knot running
@@95xcr its not running because of bypassing the dpf and going manual fuel pump?
@@tarster I don’t think that’s the problem it won’t even turn over
@@95xcr ok good to know, I just had to pull the burn pot apart on mine and clean it all out and then put it back, it was derating and wouldnt complete a burn cycle properly.
Few thoughts: re: Workmaster 37: 1) not sure what disconnecting the 3-wire triangular plug brings, but one did do this. 2) vs cutting the 2-wire connection, one could disconnect it (the opposite end of the plug from the video) and pop the plug off of the metal bracket and unwind it from around all the stuff to give them more wire to work with 3) vs cutting the wire, one could splice into said unwound wire. 4) vs a throttle cable one could set the throttle to 540 (~2300 or so rpm). this should be a 'temporary fix' in one's opinion. 5) vs chiseling out interior honeycomb, one could drill a 1" (or so) hole into it. Not sure the real value this brings, but.... effectively the same thing
must say that when one read (the tractorbynet and watched this video), one was quite apprehensive on fiddling with this, but one's mind has been changed. one would recommend ensuring the warranty is expired or it would absolutely void one's warranty. It also may make the unit unsellable, but if one's going to drive it into the ground, it really won't matter much.
Good thing you didn't do this, but i'm glad you reported on what would happen if perhaps one did this.
Thanks for caring about the environment and I think you provide good feedback!
Thank you very much. Followed your video and with a help of a friend we did it ourselves. ❤
its not bad for the enviroment, ever burned a brush pile, or seen a volcano erupt?
sir according to the epa it is bad for the environment and that's my official stance on this. Please do not do anything in this video it is for informational purposes only and it's an example of something you should not do.
3 yrs my Boomer sat useless. Did mine today, and wow, what a difference.
Regen light stays on, and a warning sign flashes on the dash, not concerned.
Can you tell me why you have to replace the throttle cable Thanks
Fuel pump now becomes drive by cable not by wire.
@@kevinwilgosh9489 Thanks makes since
Nice. I will definitely not be doing this to my tractor tomorrow. it's bad for the environment you know.
Thank you for caring about the environment wherever you live.
You know, your government officials flying around in privet jets is worst for the environment.
Have you made any statement to them?
@@allanc3655 2 things. our government officials are on super important business, Nothing Like Us lowly peasants and secondly Jets don't have catalytic converters so they're allowed to pollute as much as they want.
@@samgreen6144 Jets don't have catalytic converters so they're allowed to pollute as much as they want.Telling a pilot something he does not know???
And what super important business do the senate members, governors, heads of state, head of department's, have that cannot be booked on a commercial flight?
What he deleted is a toy tractor. Farmers with real tractors, are having problems that are costing thousands ....not only in repairs, but lost crops for the down time....Then again it is not coating you or any government money.....till it hits the stores, ....Or even worst when the food does not get to the stores.
What started as a hobby for me, was restoring Pre computer tractors (anything beside a Junk Deere) and selling them. I now have a want, and a waiting list of over 20 tractors
@@allanc3655 yeah I know bro chill out. it's all sarcasm. All of this stuff is bullshit I hate politicians and environmentalists.
Tried this on my '14 xr4046h and it wouldnt start. Tried different throttle positions at the pump. . . But nothing. Reverted back to factory wiring and it runs, but still in limp mode.
I had high hopes. Dealer just scammed me for 10k. . . And it lasted 10 hrs before back in limp mode
all i can say is sorry bro. Have a lot of success for other people. Perhaps something else is going on with your tractor...
can you just run a throttle cable to the existing lever or does it require a new lever as well. Want to see if I can just fix the cable to the stock lever.
there is no existing throttle cable. The factory throttle is a digital signal sent to the ECU. In the video you see it's a physical throttle cable that moves a lever.
How did you fasten the throttle cable in the bracket on the engine?
the person who did this actually never really figured that out well enough yet and needs to figure it out in the future. they don't run their tractor enough
Where do you get the right cable, how do you mount it by the pump?
You ever figure this out?

How did you know how to do the wiring changes? Is there a diagram to follow? My WM 33 just got put into the shop to fix the limp mode again. Second time in 4 months. 2500 to fix it the first time. Now they suspect the burner is bad. much more expense with that part. I am thinking of seriously looking into this.
more or less was following this thread was the only guidance this person had.
www.tractorbynet.com/forums/threads/new-holland-boomer-37-in-dpf-shutdown-mode.463091/
I'm a little confused on which of the two cables out of the fuel solenoid you are altering? Are you opening the two wire connector? The positive side to switch on 12vdc, and doing a physical ground to the black wire? I know the 2 wire connector is the electrical fuel on/off from reading the repair manual and the 3 wire connector is the way the ecm knows the throttle position... are you just disconnecting that cable or leaving it...
And last, could you share where you found the throttle cable assembly and a part # please.
Thanks for clarifying what your doing....
no clue what they do brother. If you wanted to know more ask these fine people.

@@KevinLauscher- perfect, thank you
@@KevinLauscher thanks
Does your regen light stay on after doing this. Also are you over riding limp mode by taking manual control of the throttle.
yes regen light stays on.
Yes someone would be overtaking limp mode with manual throttle.
@@KevinLauscher someone. hahaha love it.
Does the foot throttle still work once you go mznual throttle?
This is hst so there is no foot throttle.
But yes foot peddles to go forwards and backwards work.
The foot pedal for the wm33 is drive by wire along with the manual throttle so I assume disconnecting all that and going drive by cable will make the foot pedal not work. My problem right now is a fuel leak around the regen injector but it was caused by bad regens and overpressurizing the system. Once the fuel leak is fixed, deletion will be the solution
Hi will delete work on a new Holland boomer 47 diesel I’ve had issues with it for 2 years Thanks
no clue! is it similar setup the one in the video? then perhaps!
yes, working on doing this to a 2014 Boomer 47 now. Fuel solenoid will need to be wired as above. The triangle plug needs to remain attached(differs from video). I haven't put in a throttle cable yet, but adjusted the right bolt back to 2200 RPM, the fuel solenoid adjust for the throttle, so if you don't adjust the manual throttle, it'll start and run at 2900 RPM.
@@TMART09 How is your boomer running I have a 47 I did what he showed in the video it ran good for awhile but now it won’t turn over so I’m still having issued
@@95xcrhow many hours has it been? There was a few times I had to hold the clutch and brake to start it.
@@TMART09 good morning mine tries to start it won’t crank over it’s just a very short try so maybe I need to step on the brake mine is a hydrostat
Is that a Renton Shelly?
Yes it is. Thanks for the like and subscribe.
that isn't going to change the environment.
Is it still running good
yup no issues, probably 10 hours since I installed? The throttle cable did come loose as it has a lot of resistance. Need to figure out a better solution there.
Do your forward and reverse pedals still work?
yeah, everything works (well except the regen)
@KevinLauscher would you personally do it right away or Just when dpf is toast?
@@All-AshoreProbably toast. This tractor owner milked it as long as they could until the tractor would not go over 1500 rpms. It was all the owner could do to get the thing running normal again
Would this work on a boomer 50?
no clue! does it look very similar to the boomer 33? If so, it could!
@@KevinLauscher is your boomer33 fuel injection? That is the problem I’m facing the computer is putting the tractor into limp mode and restricting fuel.
@@chancegengo1861idk. it's a stock boomer 33, google it?
