    have you ever tried using a larger tip or is the one your using the perfect size for mistcoating.
    only got my machine on Thursday so I don't know what's the best size tip to do mistcoating

      colin marshall hey. well it depends what you machines tip limit is. mines .21 so a 621 for example. but i use the new graco fine finish low pressure tips as they are reduced over spray and pressure.
      if i used a 620 i would be near enough on the max of what my machine is recommened for so would be pushing the machine more. i prefer to come down a few sizes and go with that. i like the 618. wide fan and a good amount of paint.

    Do you cut and roll walls for final coat?

    • @sprayaholic
      @sprayaholic  5 років тому +2

      If i am back rolling i will just drop the roller down the last coat. This job was all white. So id do it all in one go. Walls a quick coat one at a time lapping onto ceiling. Then as soon as ive done one wall I'll I'll do it again while its just pulling in with a heavier coat and drop yhe roller down it.
      If its a colour i may cut and roll walls. Or do the same procedure and then tape off walls and spray ceilings

    Stop stopping so much bro. Looks good but I garauntee you're getting spits and thick spots

    • @sprayaholic
      @sprayaholic  5 років тому

      No spits. This is only base coat anyway so gets a sand after.
      I use a clean shot for final costs. Again no spits from starting stopping. It saves on heavu build up on top and bottom from the laps, saves paint, saves ware on machine over long periods.
