His wife started his charities that feed and home the poor. He stars in the videos they use for fund raising. If he was paying attention he’d realize the number of those in need has grown considerably since Joe took office.

His charities feed and house the poor so you’d think he’d realize those numbers have risen considerably since Biden took office then again his wife is really the one who runs things. I love Jon Bon Jovi, but my sister is crazy about him.
Personally I don't remember watching the news before my fourth birthday. I think that's when my family got our 1st TV. Of course the news was only on at 5 pm except for the 2nd Eisenhower inauguration, which was during the day. Now i can get the news in the middle of the night with a couple of clicks on my phone, and I don't even have to take my heat off the pillow. The times, they are a changing.

I may not hv been a fan of Bon Jovi's music, (just not my taste, but surely, he's tops in his genre). MORE IMPORTANTLY, tonight, (& after 2 other recent media appearances), I found myself having a respect for Jon Bon Jovi himself. He's been very honest & fair in his criticism of all things horrid related to trump. We really did need more celebrities to have spoken up like this artist did. If only since March, 2020! I was surprised & disappointed that so many celebrities remained mute about the degradation to our country caused by trump & his "barnacles". He had no platform, no plans, no resolutions, no comprehension or maybe it was just his laziness that comes with having so much to do & not knowing where to start, so you avoid it all and go off to play golf? Fear of being exposed for not knowing the very basics of his job? Fear & doing nothing as a response to problems that seemed too hard? He had NO CONCERN for our country's health, or any one individual's well being. He did not even mention the police officer that was murdered on Jan 6th when defending the Capitol. This young man who died because his head was smashed in with a metal fire extinguisher as he tried to push back trump's army of insurgents in their attempt to siege The Capitol and to murder Pelosi and Pence. The war that trump declared on Democracy because he knew Pence was officiating, (honestly), the # of votes & these would correctly confirm Biden and Harris having won. Pence was a marked man to be "hung for treason", unless he overturned the election in trump's favor? These supremacists that he riled up for months about the (imaginary), voter fraud. He just kept injecting lies and hate into our country, right up this promise: "I WILL WALK WITH YOU DOWN TO THE CAPITOL". And the insidious dare from "Jr" ... U CAN GO DOWN THERE, DO YOUR JOBS AND BE A HERO, OR DO NOTHING AND RETURN BACK HOME AS A ZERO". There is enough "source material here for Jon Bon Jovi, or any # of fearless artists to create music about. Injecting HATE became the new normal for an acting President. How was this allowed to happen? LITERALLY 20 hr. days of hateful tweets via Twitter, (ie: the Saturday leading into Mother's Day 2020)!).
This is a "man" who seemed only to like the idea of dressing up & "playing president", but was without a clue on what to do, or how to properly act. He thought lying could get him through & he soon started believing his own lies. Eventually he and his sycophants could not differentiate b/t what were lies and what was the truth. Celebs hv a "voice" to point out nonsense like this & help affect change, to open minds, & share, ("teach") the truth to their, (often, very large), fan bases. Kudos to all of the late night talk show hosts for speaking up every night in their monologs. They always called trump out on the lies, and even on what doctors confirmed to be the behavior of a mentally confused person. Late Night always pointed out the truth, & presented it w/ sarcasm because often the absurdities coming from the president, his affiliated party & family were just too unbelievable! On his own here, Jon B.Jovi shows no fear in possibly losing some fans by speaking up against the lies & crimes of the trump Administration. We ALL KNOW & hv seen the news each night, & it will be interesting to see how he 's written about/ incorporated it into music, (using direct references or indirect nuances). How can people refuse to acknowledge what has played out right in front of their eyes. Anyway, a "thank you" to Mr. Bon Jovi. I will go back to the full interview on DVR & find out more abt. his new album & I'll purchase a download of it tonight. He seems like a very intelligent guy & I will probably be enjoying it alot more than I'd have expected to. Txs always to MSNBC and Ari Melber, (one great reporter!) for having Jon Bon Jovi on Ari's show. "Celebrity" really can be used to present new ideas, or direct people to difft. art and ideally, help open people's minds to the truth. I think for the 4 years prior, UNTIL January 20, 2021, we've sadly all been starved of any truths coming from the White House. I'm glad that I found this clip and happy that I can go & catch the whole interview, buy the CD. Thanks Ari M. and Jon BonJovi. I look forward to buying/enjoying the CD.
