When you listen to her, look at her career, what she has done through the years, not only in the music industry, but in her life too and compare to these people who can't sing, can't play, can't perform and all they want is to be an Instagram "celebrity", you realize how precious she is. She is amazing, really amazing.

Annie Lenox knows who she is, where she came from, and her place in history. With humbleness she chose humanity over relevance, which is why she couldn’t be more relevant in our world today. Thank you for the music, and showing us the way to things that really matter.

Annie is a national treasure. She is seemingly fearless on the outside but warm and caring in the inside. She is right about artists being sensitive. I love her voice and her music. I recall her saying when asked why she cut her hair short and dyed it bright orange, that she didn’t want to be “another pretty blonde” she wanted to be admired for her work not her personage. I think she and Dave Stewart were both Mavericks IMO.

A proud Scot watching a proud, very able and gifted Scot, a world citizen..... These days in America, to see, listen and experience something positive is such a breath of fresh air, this was a pleasure.....Thanks Ari Melber ...What has happened to the USA ? since 2016, the wall has gone up, not down. Together, we can get anything done...a motto for the USA, although many times not quite perfect, but ready to mend and move all of us to a better place. To witness the state of America today, it is truly disturbing, undeserved for those citizens who have worked so hard, yet see so much going wrong, and now seeing this place in history...confusing at least, is hard to accept. How to tell your children about a president who lies, has been caught up in scandal after scandal, is a friend to dictators, ignores his own agencies, endangers the country, who cons the very people who put him in office..how do you actually come to terms with such a glaring reality..... The waste from the top, the abuse, lies and continual affront..paid for by those from the bottom and middle classes..never the rich.. This, little segment gives you a sense of hope, there are many folks who care...Thanks Annie.

She is a true artist. An amazing women that is classically trained singer and can belt like the best of them. The comments about being an artist and being vulnerable and her having ‘melancholy’ illustrates how humble she is. She is a true lady.

Nature constant preoccupation. We have destroyed so much desperate feeling.. Annie has just brought out . Introspection Rare. Ari Melber great .

Ari, 🎼🎶 'who's that girl, running around with you, tell mey?!'🎵🎶 ---- I'll tell you who it is, it's beautiful Annie Lennox!💝😀 She's one of my favorite singers/performers! It was her resonating, angelic, sultry voice, like none other,....sort of haunting (in a good way). I love Annie Lennox!, her hair styles/cut/color!, her bold fashion!, her accent/the way she talks, her caring heart, and universal soul.....
Another one of my favorite songs is: "Sweet Dreams" 💗💕---- don't get me started,..... because over here, they're telling me to stop singing, right now, But that's okay,.....i'll just dance to the song.....

I've never heard any scandal coming from her. She comes across as very likeable and her voice is very soothing. I didn't know she was Scottish. She's not trashy, and not male bashing either, just a normal person. Even if she wasn't famous If she sang in a bar i would stay all night and listen to her.

When I was just shy of six years old, I saw the Sweet Dreams video with my older sister and thought Annie Lennox was David Bowie's sister. I typically do not like female singers but Annie's is a treasure among artists across all mediums, nationalities, and genders. She is a true Maverick and I am grateful to have enjoyed her music nearly my entire lifetime. What a journey it's been. Great interview. Thank you, Ari.

This lady can reach down into my soul
    She always has
She reaffirms the only values I subscribe to
Strange how you can feel closer to a stranger (only caught her onstage once) than anyone in the world including family
    Probably just schizophrenic
    Maybe only musicians would understand
But she’s not a cult leader or a guru so think I’m safe here
    And happy
The bad thing has gone away
The good is here to stay
