Ingredients:
4/5 cup (140 g) semolina
1 cup (250 ml) kefir (or buttermilk)
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
Pan size: 24 cm (9.45 inches) in diameter and 7 cm (2.76 inches) deep
