Great recipe. The only thing missing was how long to cover the dough for after kneading it. I did an hour then took it out and cut into 3 pieces.

This delicious healthy light spinach soup is just in time for the summer season! We used our yummy homegrown spinach leaves for this recipe and we cannot be happier. The soup is absolutely stunning!
