AND ALSO A CHICKEN HEART SAUCE. CHICKEN HEART HAVE ALMOST SAME TEXTURE AS THE GIZZARD BUT FLAVOUR IS DIFFERENT. FROM THESE THREE SAUCES MY MOM MADE I LIKE THE MOST THE CHICKEN GIZZARD AND HEART SAUCES. I LOVE THE TEXTURE AND THE FLAVOUR OF IT😋 BUT LIVER ONE I LIKE TOO BUT NOT AS MUCH AS GIZZARD AND HEART ! Oh wow I can’t believe you like chicken gizzards and heart as well! How does your mom make the gizzard sauce and heart sauce? What kind of ingredients does she use? I really enjoy them with lots and lots of ginger as you seen in the video and it’s extremely delicious! When it comes to chicken liver which I also enjoy I don’t use ginger but instead I use onions and jalapeños with fish sauce and it’s so good! Now I’m hungry again for some chicken gizzards 😅😅

ALSO ADDING SALTH AND WATTER IF NEEDED MORE WHILE COOKING ! THE SAME THING IS WITH CHICKEN HEARTS RECIPE AND LIVER RECIPE TOO ! Holy crud that's a lot of ginger. The other thing is I know chicken gizzards have a membrane on them. They are less chewy if you peel the membrane but maybe you like the chewiness gizzards are not exactly my cup of tea I can't eat them just like I can't eat balut. Hahaha yea we love ginger and that much ginger made the recipe pretty spicy lol 😆. Yea the chewy texture is pretty good and I haven’t had chicken gizzards in such a long time. I heard people deep fry them as well and are delicious. Thank you so much for watching my friend 🙏
@@washingtonlife yes they do deep fry them I used to work at a Safeway store where are they actually serve deep fried chicken gizzards in the service deli but that was years ago and I don't know if they still do that or not
@@washingtonlife your life is a lot like mine I love the outdoor stuff too tomorrow if the weather cooperates I will be steelhead fishing I went razor clamming about 2 or 3 weeks ago and there wasn't any clams I don't know why the tide was low enough but the clams weren't there we sure like to eat the razor clams I need to make it up your way and go someplace in Puget Sound and dig some goes ducs they are supposed to be so good
@@johnhobbs7697 yes I was out there as well with the razor clams and the tide was well low enough to dig but I could not find 1. I’m planning to head out to the puget sound this coming spring’s for geoducks. Not sure where at the puget sound they are but I will definitely do some studying. I was out there today at the puget sound and saw signs saying oysters are closed for harvesting. Not sure when they will open oysters up but I saw lots of oysters out there
