      Thank you so much! Do you have printables of the routines/zones and what to do in each zone? This was by far the best description of Flylady I’ve heard and now I feel ready to try!

    I know a few other youtubers who uses AG1.
    I take several vitamins daily. I would recommend ladies who doesn't take supplements, start taking something,
    because when you get older , it will come back to haunt you. One thing you want to do, support your bones,
    and other parts of your body. When you are at the age of 30 years old, each day your body changing, and time later,
    you will start noticing it.

    Thank you! I love FlyLady but I’m just getting back to it after months of chaos 😅 I haven’t decluttered in probably 2 years, so it is super motivating watching this series while I tackle my house. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m a sahm and love “hanging out” with you and some of the other mamas on UA-cam while I do housework. 💕 Keep it up!

    Love your channel, I've been bing watching FlyLady and came across you. I have been dipping my toe in, doing the morning routine, working on my zones. The only question I have is how to do big jobs like I haven't seen washing curtains on any list, do I just add this into laundry? How can I make time for things like painting walls, big spring cleaning projects?

    That was a great overview. I am just diving into learning about the flylady method. Your video was one of the best I've seen to explain it. I just don't understand how the zone cleaning fits into the day to day schedule. Like when during the day do I do the zone cleaning?

    New viewer here, ty for break down of fly lady system. We're having trouble pulling all the breakdowns together. Especially the daily routines plus the 15 minute cleanings, plus the five minute tasks of bills one day, meal planning... We are so all over the place picking up where we left off and system always something doesn't get done...it takes us much longer for paperwork, bills, finances... meal planning, cleaning, ect... the morning, evening routines are working well... but some days, that's all that gets done with so many other things that end up taking priority... like guests, family functions , pets going to vet, car inspections, grocery hauls and sales, refrigerator cleanouts, outside work, projects, on n on... any advise? Going to watch your other videos, but would be nice for someone to pull it all together when you can't get back to schedule if that makes sense?

      She has her journals on her websites, I printed them and I’m writing the different tasks in my calendar to keep track of them. I’m also putting the printed pages in plastic protectors so I can check off what I’ve done.
      It definitely does take some time to get the hang of it all. I’d start with the monthly habit building first and then check her daily reminders and zone detail cleanings.
      That should get you started ❤❤

    I have got to get some things caught back up then I will be starting the fly lady routine. I got sick several times over the past few months and dishes especially fell behind more than anything else. I have so many dishes to wash that the more I wash the more it feels like I have to wash. I don't have that many dishes because I have downsized tremendously since I am not one that stays on top of the dishes very well, buti literally cannot cook or just have a bowl of cereal for my family without having to wash stuff first. I am also 15 weeks and 5 days pregnant and that hasn't helped any with being sick so I am finally starting to feel better and get over sickness in general so I have got to get this done. I don't have a dishwasher and even though I have a husband, he gets up at day light and goes to work and is so tired when he gets home I wouldn't even dream of asking him to wash some dishes.

    • @johnkelly9451
      @johnkelly9451 10 місяців тому +1

      Exactly, us too, but different...some meals make so many more dishes, pots and pans, if you get busy with other things, it only takes a couple of days and its a couple of hours to do all of the dishes... on and on...

    • @johnkelly9451
      @johnkelly9451 10 місяців тому +1

      We sometimes try to do at least 20 minutes of dishes, which helps alot... will do the pans and pots we need the most for next days dinner... we don't always finish all of dishes, but it keeps us going...we have been trying to cook double chicken and put some in freezer, ground meat too... more dishes, but helping on busy days... we have been learning new one pot, one baking dish dinners that are helping too... the everyday is alot, we are committed to tailoring this system to work for us too...what we have done so far is helping alot, but we have a long way to go still... enjoy your little one when your baby arrives... they are more important and grow up so fast too... we wish you and your family well... it will all work out... progress not perfection... and good enough works too... 😉 ❤!

    I like this video! Finally I got just about everything in one video. I have tried watching flylady and visiting her website it doesn’t give me the charts or details that I need. My sister read her book and told me about her. I don’t want to read the book, I just need the charts or list of duties for the zones. You gave me everything except the list of chores for zones 1-4 I would love if you could direct me to which video has those details like shampooing the carpets for instance in zone 5.

    • @ThisMamasHouse
      @ThisMamasHouse  10 місяців тому +1

      My advice would be to go around each zone in your house and write down everything you would need/want to do in that area to deep clean. Another amazing resource is cozi family organizer. If you type “fly lady cleaning list zone cozi family organizer” it will come up!

    Do you have any suggestions for house shoes and out of the house shoes?
    With kids who crawl all over the floor and a baby who eats everything on the floor.
    I really don't like outside shoes coming inside.

    After I get up I feed my pets and then have my quiet time with God. I read my Bible and prayer. Then I may make breakfast and then get dressed and make my bed. If I don’t get my quiet time in right away something always gets in the way.

      @@ThisMamasHouseThat's what most do as you suggest... trouble with that is you still must do bills, groceries, self care, cleaning, running, extras, with no time left unless you skip things to spend time with family... I must admit, sometimes I take just one thing out of a cluttered room We've been working on inbetween it all...cycling through a couple of rooms... shocked after awhile what a difference it has made in progress not perfection...my favorite is five minute straightened up in each room...I use any extra five minutes from other rooms for a more difficult room, usually kitchen...

    Is this different from the app? Some of what you show isn’t in the app, or at least not broken down that way. I see the home blessing tab, but it isn’t broken down by days.

      @@ThisMamasHouse okay, because I have been using the app for 2.5 years and I was like “whoa, where is this stuff and why haven’t I found it yet.” I have only ever used the app. A friend suggested it to me back when we all had Covid in 2021, and my husband complained that the house wasn’t to par. I didn’t know what I was missing, so the app helped me have targets to work on. I have been using it ever since.

    Hi Tabitha, thank you for these videos. Question, how do you involve the kids in the fly lady? And get homeschooling done as well? I homeschool and try to implement daily tasks for my kids...but sometimes, it’s so hard to keep up...especially when school takes so long or they aren’t motivated. Thanks 😊
