Using a bucket is so much safer than leaning over the side...too easy to have a rigging malfunction or mistake and at night that's a death sentence....so I don't believe they even do.
In fact they are required to have at least a chemical toilet for within 25 miles of the coast

is it really 42feet. seems longer..
