Gleeson Homes should just rename themselves to 'Matchbox Houses'. They make the tiniest houses and add one bedroom too many. And ok so smaller houses should COST LESS right? WRONG! House builders in the UK price their houses based on number of rooms, and not size! If this same house was instead 3 bedrooms, it would immediately cost £20,000 less just for not having as many internal walls or whatever the reasons are.
