    Id love to know how that cabelas 7.5in slicer has been for you?

      It works surprisingly well! It's a fairly cheap slicer made mostly of plastic but it cuts consistently and is pretty compact. Don't expect a professional quality slicer, but it does the job.

    Which cut of meat from your venison was that roast?

      I'm not terribly picky when it comes to specific cuts of venison so when I process a deer I don't usually label which roasts are which. So unfortunately I'm not entirely sure!
