Anyone else get annoyed watching someone cut every piece of chicken, crack every egg and trying to mix stuff together in a bowl a couple of sizes too small?
Being French, loving cooking a lot, being the 5 th generation of good "cuisiniere", again I saw a recipe which has nothing to do with my country. France has a minimum of 300 different cheese, and with all respect to my fellows Italian, in French cooking, we don't need their mozzarella or/and parmesan. Tomatoes and cream as cooking ingredients come from different regions of France and rarely mix in recipes. Grated carrots are served not as a side plate but as a starter. Cooking French is not easy because it is a way of life with many regional traditions embedded in it.

A type of chicken french maybe- looks reminiscent of New England style chicken francese (without lemon finish and rosemary) which is actually an Italian American diah. Looks also like a type of chicken french casserole that presents like a quiche and probably tastes like company chicken. Whatever it is, it's very Americanized. 😮😮
