Me too man I was hard stuck sub 500 and now I'm 1300 thanks to the caro kann course. It's honestly really good if you take the time and study

@@christhegreat5966 yeah dude I would get tilted and fall as low as 300. I don't tilt as much anymore and improved my tactics with puzzles. I can still certainly play like a 500 if I've had enough to drink though
Edit: it took about a year to climb to 1300
Same I've been playing everyday for about 4 months and went from 700 to 1200. Literally just broke 1200 yesterday.

covid can actually exacerbate mental illness or even cause new ones! it doesn't get talked about much but sadly its not necessarily either/or. be sure to look out for yourselves and others if you're sick!

This is the worst time of year to get sick. People preparing to celebrate and everything shutting down. I had COVID last year around now and had to isolate on my own. I tested negative just before Christmas so was able to visit family but felt like absolute crap and wished I hadn't bothered! Get well soon Levy, I don't comment much but I love your content!

I just FINALLY tested negative for covid myself this morning. 10 days after testing positive. It was way worse than I expected, didn't get out of bed for a week.

I got Covid at the end of February and missed work for two weeks with a bad case of it. Downloaded a couple chess apps to kill the time and then discovered your channel. Somehow it was the only thing I could focus on and totally helped. Thanks for helping me get through Covid and get back into chess after so many years away.
