@@blackisanxious7178 I've watched almost all of them. I think this is probably the worst one in terms of game quality After the first game, i thought it couldn't get worse lol
To be fair to the last game, at 23:05 black attacking the queen with the rook was actually pretty clever, because it traps the queen. The only way for white to try for an even trade is Qg4, but then black will refuse the trade and go Qxf2+ and then take a rook, which is not good. So white correctly saw that sacking the queen for the rook was the best option, and with plenty of material left and a pawn close to queening, white was winning despite black’s little maneuver. So the lesson here is: if you want Levy to complement you on a clever late game move, your opening/middle game better not be trash!
The queen is not trapped; White has Bf5, blocking the attack. In fact, you'll notice that after Qxf6, the evaluation on the left immediately goes from about +7 to about -0.4. Rf6 is a terrible move, as it relinquishes defense of the bishop on e5, which ends up causing Black serious problems. So the REAL lesson here is: if you want a compliment on a clever late game move, then actually play one.
By the way, if Bf5 g6, then c7, a discovered attack on the rook. Yes, White may lose the bishop, but they will recoup a lot of the lost material and force Black to sacrifice a piece for the c-pawn, resulting in a winning position for White.

on the first game white pins the bishop. when newbies learn about pins, pinning knights is natural, it doesn't threaten your piece back, pinning a bishop though is one of the coolest things you can do in chess, only surpassed by pinning a queen - now this is awesome. Not sure about their elo, maybe average? I'd guess white knows a thing or two they just didn't want to play for some reason.
