Mine is fine and still going...Much better with the higher power.Bought lower power blenders before, and they have burnt out.Had this a couple of years and have just used it again no problems...

I just ordered the ninja, I live in a country that is 220 volts, ninjas are 110, how are you able to use yours if your in the uk, I think uk is also 220 volts

I just ordered a new pitcher (no charge, as I have a lifetime warranty on this blender). it lowers when I put it on, but it won't turn to cover the lock/unlock symbols on the base. The food processor and the cups work fine. They're sending me another new pitcher--hopefully this one will work. Meanwhile, I'd appreciate it if anyone could give me any ideas as to what might be wrong.

I got 2 extra thick black bands, and one extra small white band with my delivered blender. I am wondering what they are. Very strange they are not included in your package at all. Anyone else get these extra bands with your blender?

They are for your cups to grip it better

I have had mine for many years with no issues.....I use everyday for smoothies......have used to chop, smash potatoes with butter.....chopped vegetables for soup....

For like-minded folks who have an interest, @ about 5:27 the camera starts panning over the product identification sticker which shows the country-of-origin as ‘Made in China’.
I stopped watching at about 5:34. For me … this device will no longer be a consideration.
