I'm a big fan of yours. Your reviews are so spot on that the companies should be giving you freebies! You should not have to pay for your small appliances. Your reviews are always so honest. Love it!

ProTip for washing blenders: fill the container up to about a third with water and add a little dishsoap; turn on for a bit, then empty it in the sink, using the soapy water to also wash the lid. After that, rinse accurately with water to remove soap residues.
This way you avoid cutting your fingers but you also can easily use the appliance several times a day without putting it in a dishwasher.

I have used my ninja duo with auto IQ every day for the last 4 years. I get excellent results for sauces, dressings, soups, smoothies, salsa pico de gallo, and homemade hummus. I found the smaller blending cups get smoother results then the large container. I love my ninja!

Just what I wanted a review from a working man .I got straight to the point information from somebody that operates things like this not a actor brassing their case trying to sell the device .I’ve just got the machine and know exactly what to do now and told what the blades are for .seen the keypad working and worked out how to use.I scan the instructions usually and read in between the lines . Can get most devices up and running without instructions.

This is a Solid Strong unit, Bought this from qvc back about 2016, nothing "girly" about it. it's 2 Hp thats a monster for a blender.
I would say keep unplugged when not in use, think power surges got mine, bought another.
Pay attention though, ninja makes all different flavors and exact look alike base unit may not fit, they have different bases for target, Wally, qvc, lowes and so on....
I bought a BL682 on screwbay looked exact to my old unit, only the bullets fit it, there are 6-8 different outer bases made for different store chains,.. still haven't got that figured out.
Oh well... It still gets my vote.
    Shout out from NC too.

I just pushed the handle to the top down and right before it clicked in place the light stopped blinking. I took the top back off and it went right back to the steady blink. so once again I pushed the top handle almost to the click sound it stopped blinking this time I let it run for a few seconds and it ran on its own without holding the handle down. a little tedious but long as it works...

I am enjoying this product. However, I seem to get an err light when I try to use the large jug and want to use the ultra blend features. It's like when you tried to use the smaller jug on the smoothie setting and you got an err message. I can use the small jug on the smoothie setting whereas you couldn't. Why is this?

In begininng, I tought that Ninja thing was a cheap item...the name is not that convincing..but I decided to get it anyway and voila! it is a very solid food processor. It is quite a lot better than even the average food processors in my opinion.
