mines doesn’t have a light flashing, not matter how long i hold nothing happens. i updated my phone and pressed “forget device” but nothings popping up & I charged them overnight just in case that was the problem but it’s still not working. PLEASE HELP, i just got these 3 days ago loll (i have an iphone)

beats studio buds . I have problem with pairing. when I hold button for 15 second nothing happens. the indicator light is not flashing. I can only turn the indicator on / off. I'm using android . did you ever had this problem before ? I can connect using Bluetooth but I want to use beats app to change a few setings

Another reason your beats aren’t connecting is perhaps there is another iOS device nearby and your beats are connecting to that device and not the device you want it to connect to.

Thank you so much. I just got my replacement iPhone 12 Pro and the buds wasn’t connecting to it. I didn’t even notice the small button inside the case to reset. I looked all over for a reset button. Thank you again.

I’m having a problem with my Beats Studio+ everytime I use my iPhone they don’t connect automatically or my IPad I did all the steps here and install the latest software on both devices and still does the same thing I have to all the time connect them manually they won’t connect automatically like my air pod pro bud do. you know what could be the problem?

@@Jra177 nah.i contacted apple support and even they couldn’t fix the problem .i also return my beats for a new one and the same thing happens I bought them from Best Buy and best by is an Apple certified store so they legit not knock offs .to be honest with you I don’t think these beats are a genuine apple product that’s what I think.because my apple air pods are a proprietary of apple that’s why I think they connect with out a problem.
