For my device , it stays fully red when charging but when trying to pair to my iPhone the white light wont stay on long enough to connect, it just dies out. Does that mean my device just doesn't charge properly?
That sounds like an issue bigger than just a thorough clean and factory reset? I’m not too sure, but if you clean out the charging port (not entirely sure what it’s called) where you actually put your cable into the earbud case and the problem persists…I’d personally just invest in a new pair of earbuds 😬
