Andy’s company has over 300,000 students on their platform, and they’re all learning the game of sales. In this episode, we talked so much about breaking metal barriers when it comes to selling, how to get over being an introvert, how you can develop your mindset to be not only a great salesperson, but to just win overall at life! Andy has a big conviction in helping people become winners in all aspects, just like myself, and I really resonated with that!
Along with breaking down these barriers with mindset, we talked about some tactical things you can do in sales. It was really cool to hear his opinions on how often you should be listening, how often you should be speaking, what energy you need to have, what kind of swagger or style you should have when you are selling! It’s really good and especially good because him and I have drastically different energy levels, and so to see that there are multiple ways to go about selling and doing some crazy things is great! This is definitely one that he preps you for in the beginning to get a notepad and a pen because you’re going to take a lot of notes! Make sure you do that before you turn this on right now!
Andy Elliot is the best sales trainer in the nation and is very inspiring! He starts the episode by describing how everyone sucks until they don’t. However, Andy says that the truly successful have a positive mindset and train to be the best. Andy Elliot talks about his own journey with success in his business but struggling to keep his family. He describes how he trained his team, strengthened his family, and grew his business.

I have so much mixed feelings after watching this video. Pumped up for once cus it’s very motivating. I’m also pissed off cus it’s pushed my button. “ comfort “ is the worst poison in life and I took that poison but I’m trying to get out of it. Also, I know you always say “ don’t think you are better than others “ but I can’t help that. I AM better than others ( around me ) in the aspect of gotta keep pushing myself and hate working with amateurs. It’s also really true you have to surround yourself with greatness. Great ppl with ambition and such. Cus you become who you surround yourself with. And if it’s lazy bums who do fk all and always just complain and find excuses… then that’s what you gonna become. I started watching Andy recently cus I wanna learn the sales language cus for me my biggest obstacle is the language and not being quick on the spot ( I guess it comes with being introvert ) and it’s also because English is not my first language. But can lie ever since I started watching him which was couple videos tbh I started to be more outspoken for sure. I’m applying today for another job cus where I’m at right now isn’t gonna lead anywhere and I ain’t gonna stick around and sell my dreams just to build someone else’s and be miserable for the rest of my life. Thanks for these videos 💪🙏 very much appreciated

Ryan’s last question was a very good one. The answer is be yourself. BUT if you are an introvert which I am, you do need to find moments to be more vocal. It’s a difficult balance because you need to be yourself but if you are too quiet you will fail to influence people on who you are, what your ideas are, what your solutions can impact, etc… Andy is exceptional. I learn a lot from him, mostly to put the work in and never be satisfied.

The ultimate conman, criminal, fraud master, bullshitter, drug user, body shaming flat-out unethical piece of garbage with not an ounce of authenticity there is.
Watch his video of his somber music discussing his criminal car dealings and at 40 year old says, "I didn't know you could get on trouble for that."
      Seriously???
      Bank Fraud
      False statements to 22 banks
      Wire Fraud
      Aggravated Identity Theft
      Bribery
and lastly 23 violations of local and federal law.
Even when trying to come clean he can't just say he's a scumbag and take accountability. "I didn't know." You weren't 7 years old loser; you were 40 years old. Once a liar, always a liar.

Guy sold me on finding a good woman
All jokes aside this video is a gem. My mentor was a top salesman at the first company I worked at. I remember being 21 rookie salesman, I climbed to the top fast. Everyone told me how good I was and he would tell people not to tell me that. I use to think he was trying to humble me. Now that I’m older, I realize he wanted me to stay hungry and not get comfortable. I’m 26 now and a top sales person at my current company. I got comfortable, this video made me realize how much hunger I lost. I’m gonna try and act like I have a target on my back for the rest of the year and kill Q3 and Q4.

His wife is just as guilty cause she knew what he was up to. She's on drugs too. She stands there and watches him body shame ppl and has no problems doing it. When they are their HR department, you know it's shady. Money doesn't make good ppl.
