    comparing with olden days...those days were very good..good food ,no question of sugar .now the food is very different .. chemicals ,polishing. .so the rice became poison now.
    Doctors version is very clear..hatsoff to him.

    Rice and wheat are having almost same calories or carbohydrates. Millets are good but main food is based on either of these. Oil and salt are also necessary for body. Olden days people are taking normal food. They were healthy through out their lives. Suggest proper physical excercise and proper non refined oil etc. That will help for the mankind I believe.

    తృణ ధాన్యాలు, తినే ముందు. మీకు అర్గుడల ఎలా ఉంది టెస్ట్ చేసుకుని మాత్రమే తినాలి .. అరుగుదల సమస్య వస్తె చాలా సమస్యలు. సజ్జలు తినద్దు.. చాలా సమస్య.. కొత్త ఆహారం తినే ముందు. టెస్ట్ చేసుకుని తినాలని మనవి.. శరీరాన్ని 80%కష్టపెట్టల్
