    Dr.kiran garu we have told very good info. About potassium sir i have one doubt can a patient suffering from diabetics and tyroud can have all these food some people says its harmful to eat beans spinach cabbage cauliflower for tyriod patients what food they can have for both having tyroid as well as diabetics please suggest food tqs for ur suggestions sir

      There are no fruits restrictions for any thyroid patient, this was very clearly explained by one of our famous endocrinologist Dr Bipin Shetty as well, you may eat all vegetables

    When blood sugar is high quite for some time ,kindneys may not function fully ,there by serum creatine may go up along with serum potassium and uric acid. So dont be under the impression potassium lowers blood sugar levels. One should be very careful in monitoring all these parameters.
