Ta vidéo est très inspirante. Il m'arrive aussi parfois d'être triste et voir ce que tu fais lorsque ça t'arrive me donne du courage pour la prochaine 'vague' de petite tristesse. C'est très touchant comme vidéo, te voir de cette façon, mélancolique.. Car bêtement je croyais que cet état ne t'arrivait pas car tu as toujours le sourire et tu fais de belles choses.
Ce qui me fait du bien c'est de peindre, sortir marcher dans un parc, être au contact de la nature, me préparer une belle assiette et faire du yoga un peu aussi même si lorsque je suis dans cet état de tristesse passagère, le yoga me fait pleurer. Comme ci je relâchais tout, alors j'hésite toujours avant de me mettre sur le tapis..
Merci d'avoir partagé cette vidéo, ça me fait beaucoup de bien.

Merci beaucoup pour ton touchant commentaire! C'est des messages comme le tien qui me motive et m'inspire à partager plus ici sur UA-cam, que ce soit positif ou un peu moins. Au final, on passe tous pas ces vagues de hauts et bas et si partager comment je gère personnellement ce genre de situations sur ma chaîne ca peut aider ou inspiré quelqu'un alors ca me rend tellement heureuse. Je n'aime pas qu'on me mette sur un piedestal, car je n'ai rien de plus que vous tous qui regardez mes videos. Pour moi on est une toute grande famille ou bande de potes qui sont la les uns pour les autres et s'entraider.
