I think having a clean space is really important for self care I don't think people know how much clutter disorganization effects your mood and mind and it's extra drain and stress in busy life. These are really great self care motivations, your voice is so soothing.
I'm also a person who overthinks a lot and who wants to put a meaning on everything that she's living... so I totally felt what you were saying about it. :)
I was diagnosed with PTSD a few years ago from a really bad childhood of severe abuse. Journaling has helped me so much. I highly reccomend it. Yes its hard to have stuff come up but its so good for your soul to release all that stuff.
I love that this wasn’t just a normal pamper routine that you always see!(take a bath,face mask, candles,etc) it focussed on inside and out and I love that so much

Adding an apple helps to make it sweeter, also you can cut and leave out the white parts from celery, because they are usually bitter
You only need to drink green juice twice a week :)
