Hi sports friends! I hope you enjoyed my video. If you want to take another look at one of the watches, you can find them here: ► Garmin Venu 3*: amzn.to/3MfM9DG ► Garmin Vivoactive 5*: amzn.to/45Nteaa If you buy one of the watches through these affiliate links, you’ll be supporting my channel, but of course, you won't have to pay any extra. Thanks a lot!
Garmin Vivoactive 5 for JUST $249 is an INSANE Black Friday deal (Amazon/Best Buy in the US) I just bought 2 of them for that price...As I write this the Vivoactive 5' has only been out for 9 weeks.
Thanks for reviewing this. It seems the heart rate monitoring of the Vivoactive5 and Venu3 are having different sampling rates. (The plot of Vivoactive seems to be much smoother)
I'm looking for a watch with good sleep analysis and fitness tracking. I work as a EMS helicopter pilot and alternate between day shifts for 4 days and then night shifts for 3 nights. I typically get 2-3 hours of sleep in the day and about 4 hours of sleep at night, for a total of about 6-7 hours/day. I want something to help me maximize my sleep but at the same time track fitness and activities. The Venue 3 is the only Garmin watch I have found that has the latest 5th gen heart rate sensor and the ability to track naps. Will the Venue 3 or any other Garmin watch be able to accurately track my sleep if it is divided up in two segments? I noticed that on all the reviews I watched, all the Garmin watches recommended a "personalized sleep profile" of 7.5 hours, so I'm a little skeptical of how personalized it really is. Or perhaps, that is just a starting point.

Nice comparison 👍
What screen size is the Venu3 in this video?
It’s the 45 mm version that comes with a 1.4 inch screen :)
thank you German!)
