Hey guys, if there's something else you need a hand with in a game can you give me a shout for more quick tutorials? Would love to do more of these. Cheers.
Yep. All they need to do is make a separate row for each individual numbered schedule, then it would be clear as day. You click on the bar, you click on the hours you want, you click on the map where you want guards. As it is it gets rather complicated trying to have overlapping schedules using this numbered system on the same single bar. It's like they started out with a solid system in mind but just stopped short of taking it to it's logical and easy to understand conclusion.
This helped me so much, I have a great amount of trouble trying to understand things just from reading them from the steam page or something else, And then I found this video and now I completely understand it man, thanks!
Thanks! It's been LITTERALLY since the day it was put in, I never used it- never figured it out... now it's 2021 and I actually needed to figure it out lol.
First video of yours ive watched great quality surprised you don't have thousands of subs! Also I like videos that get straight to the point like these :)
ah ok, that was helpful. I wanted to make a sleep time guard patrol and a day guard patrol so I don't have guards needlessly patrolling the cellblock during the day when no one is there
I hate how over complicated this is. It would be easier to set times on different bars for different deployments. I hate how one bar controls everyone. It's should be easier to schedule overlaps. 1 to 6, no problem. Add 6 to 12, no problem. Add 3 to 8, huge headache.
What I am trying to find is something much more complex. I have a variety of cell layouts for each level of security. I want to set deployment for each sec level at all hours of the day. I would need like a different schedule screen for each sec level. Any idea of a mod or another way to do this? For example, I might have Super Max be in lockup from 6PM-9PM, but I want to have Mid Sec eating from 6-8pm, but on free time from 8-9pm. Now I will have guards in Mid Sec's canteen from 8-9 for no reason when those guards could be doing something else.
That didn't help at all. I know how to create those, but how do you do overlapping schedules? e.g. Schedule #1 is from 10am - 2pm then I want schedule #2 from 11 am - 1 pm etc.
holy fuck what an obtuse and needlessly limited [given the amount of work that went into it] and useless system for patrols. Just have two clocks[start and end], and a guard number, and plop and delete as you need... god damn. Thanks for explaining it, just sad it turned out to be next to useless thanks to the developers fever dream reasoning.

Simultaneously the most simple and least intuitive system they could have come up with. Thanks for the quick tutorial.

At last! A simple demonstration of the deployment schedule that has so far left me completely puzzled. THANK YOU.
Thank you for posting this. I finally get it.. :)
Exactly what I was looking for! Couldn't figure out the scheduler at all. Thanks for this vid! 👍

I didn't quite understand at first but after fiddling around a bit I get it now. Thank you!
the prison architect devs are allergic to tutorials
not sure how u figured it out but this was super useful

Thank you so much for this simple, short, effective, tutorial.
Thanks! This was incredibly helpful! :)
Thanks for the assist. This definitely needed to be added to the tutorial....among other things.....
I'm not ashamed to say I needed this video. Thank you so much.
thanks a lot bro, ur a hero
It would have been nice is the deployment scheduler was for each deployment zone. This does not work if you need lots of overlapping times.
Precise and to the point. Thank you. I couldn't figure it out.
First video of yours ive watched great quality surprised you don't have thousands of subs! Also I like videos that get straight to the point like these :)
thanks man, that cleared it right up for me, i had it soooo wrong lol. Now i have an actual usefull schedule XD
Finally makes sense, thanks. I couldn't figure out how to set specific schedules
ah ok, that was helpful. I wanted to make a sleep time guard patrol and a day guard patrol so I don't have guards needlessly patrolling the cellblock during the day when no one is there
Thank you it really helped me
Thank you very much for the guide 😀
Thank you. I finally get it.

Yes! Very good tutorial. Right to the point.
Thank you! I couldn't intuit my way into what turned out to be an embarrasingly simple system 😅
Thank you very much just what I needed
Thank you so much help😀
Thank u a lot bro, i was looking for video like that. Like and subscribe for that
Thanks - this was extremely helpful.

Same for me, I wish I could overlap the schedules numbers.
thank you this was very helpful 🙏
Now my investment in the schedule will no longer be a waste.
Duuude you are so fucking good man thank you man sooo much
Cheers mate!
just got the game, thank you so fucking much 💗💓
if i want to deploy a guard to a patrol for the whole day. how do i do that
Thank you for this.
That's what i like fast and simple.
Stop giggling you perv......
Anyway welldone!
Would they automatically go on break, or I could also set a schedule for their break time?

You can still overlap them. You just have to cycle through the numbers. You have to do each schedule separately though and can make up to 7 schedules.
Perfect, thank you
Yes, thanks
Thanks I understand now
Thanks!
Wow, I think I get it thanks for taking the time to make this video I'll be back if I don't get.🤦♂️🤷♂️🤔😁
This still didnt help me
thx

You really didn't explain this well at all, like-
outdated info
