- This is the Mahogany version, the A1M, very similar to the Rosewood version, the A1R that I showed you a few videos back.

Owned an A1M for 8 months. Its been called the "best sounding" guitar in the room more than once. Hard to believe its Chinese, but I've always figured people all over the people can create high quality if given the best tools and production methods. Would love to compare it to the the Yamaha Red Label Japanese model.
Indeed, they are excellent guitars.
Ordering one now, excited!
Fantastic - how was it?
I tried a Seagull, a Martin, and Takamine. The A1M won out. Everything about this guitar felt superior... and the sound! Now own a A1M.
They are excellent guitars!
Just picked one up. Thank you for the review.
Hope you got a good one.
@@FlowforthInstruments totally happy with it.
That A1M Yamaha is a real bang for your buck. It is very nice with great action you'd be surprised.
Yes - I've liked both the A1R and A1Ms I've set up.
-that's a very nice-looking guitar
They are excellent - I really enjoy playing them.
I went through a couple of guitars until I landed on this one and haven't looked back! On my A1M the battery compartment (2 double A's) is on the top section of the instrument near the twelfth fret as opposed to the bottom of the guitar. Any thoughts as to the location change?? Maybe tonal, aesthetics, etc.
They are excellent - not sure on the location change - possibly ergonomics in operating it?
V nice.
I'm hearing that in a Borat voice....
What type of strings are used on this guitar?
It's long gone but I think they were D'Addario phosphor Bronze medium lights.
Hello.
Which of the two models (A1M or A1R) has a less bright sound, that is, a little warmer, my purchase will depend on that, I prefer a less bright and less metallic sound, more on the round side.
Thanks.
If I remember right the A1M has a darker sound.
@@FlowforthInstrumentsthanks a lot for the answer
ive got a FX335C acoustic-electric so i still have to deal with 9 volts 😅
Cumbersome aint it?
@@FlowforthInstruments a little bit but mostly just because its huge in volume and im really skinny lol. otherwise its fine weight-wise
This guitar plays better then a 7 thousand dollar guitar Martian 🎸
Space oddity?
Very nice with the straps already in kind of expensive USA$500
Well made with good materials though... you could do a lot worse at that price range.
@@FlowforthInstruments I bought the fgx800c yesterday picked it up just didn’t come with the front strap bottom don’t know what to do
@@sisco0304 Tie a lace above the nut (under the strings) and attach it there - or install your own strap button. All you need is a drill and a steady hand.
you lost me on the made in CHINA !
Good - one more for the rest of us. Lots of good guitars are made in China mate.
what do you expect for under $600 clown, LMAO......delusional people.
That's how I felt before I picked one up, inspected it, and plugged it in. Perfectly solid and it was 3 years old.
